Longtime lurker, first time poster....

I ordered about 1:30 PM PDT on 9/12 over the phone, after trying all day on the website. iPhone 6+, 64 GB SG (the fabled unicorn!). On the 19th when it became clear I wasn't going to get my phone I emailed Legere. Later that night I got a call back from ERT, "Up to six weeks", etc). I got the update you in 1-2 days text and the your a priority text, but no phone. My card was charged on the 24th and a UPS shipping label appeared in UPS mychoice, but with no origin scan. Yesterday I got a call back from ERT, with a promise to check in again in 72 hrs (plus they tossed me a bone of $54 off next months bill). So now i'm in the check my T-Mobile, check UPS, check Robo Lady, check this thread cycle.

Last night about 11:30 PM I saw that a localish apple store had the 128GB SG Plus available for pickup, but I didn't get it. I know as soon as I do something like that, mine will ship from T-Mo.
 
If somebody has received the 6 plus or atleast shipping info and who ordered after 12th, 13th or 14th people , please atleast provide a order number so that they will have something to backup when they talk to ERT. Please Please Please.

The ERT's are not believing people who tell there are orders being shipped who placed them after the preorder weekend.

Phone received today. :cool:

The 11 day wait after launch was ok I guess. The communications from T-Mobile was very poor. I received all of my meaningful information on the status of my order through this thread.

Yeah i was surprised to see that. Also once i saw that I was charged yesterday. I went to ups.com and checked tracking by reference. (you can use your phone number if you don't have a tracking number), and saw the tracking number.

The phones appear to be dropshipped through apple. So they're being sent straight out of Louisville rather than being shipped to a T-Mobile warehouse, then being shipped out to customers.
 
as much as im trying to stay positive, it's low key annoying me how I'm still in the dark & same goes for my brother.

We both ordered on the 14th, his was online with jump and got a 16GB+ Gold & I did mine over the phone and got the ~unicorn~

Now for me, I get that it's gonna take a while, considering I still have no charge, but my brother got the charge about 7 days ago and there's still no tracking info for him or anything :confused::confused:


next time, i guess im just gonna do to the store on launch day and place my order then :eek:

Indeed - but it looks like you won't be able to bring your tmobile 6 to verizon for new service -- that is, unless you have another Verizon phone (that accepts nano-sims) on which you can activate service. Not that it's likely that I'll ever switch to Verizon, but their service was a LOT better than tmobile's (at a price though).

So i wasnt willing to wait for my 6 plus went to apple store they had 64gb silver they held it for me called tmobile to make sure my eip was good they doubled my credit limit to allow me to go get it from apple keep in mind i have to pay tmobile 416 for a 16gb plus i have to pay apple only 183 for a 64gb my credit limit is 6000$ with tmobile now and i get zero down now 83 for tax 100$ extra for the 64gb model they even let me keep my 16 gb gold plus on order until i physically got the phone in hand had to run home to get my debit card they still held the phone for me currently on my way back to get the 64gb silver plus ps the idevicechecker does not show tmobile phones also apple store does eip for tmobile i watched them do it my apple store just got trained on it 3 weeks ago i also got a 352$ bill credit from tmobile

Not sure if this helps but I ordered my wife's in the afternoon on the 22nd and we received it on the 24th. However, her phone was regular 6 SG 64GB not a plus.
 
I got my router on Monday and the speeds have increased on all devices except my computer and I got charged today for my iphone 6 plus 64 SG which I ordered on 9/13 4:00 am with no jump.
 
ERT called me just now to tell me she has no idea when my phone will arrive but she credited me $120 which was my month bill and apologize at least I have an answer now and a credit :(.

Sorry in all the excitement I forgot some details. Had 2orders cancelled by TMO(12th, 16th) as I never received a EIP email. 3rd order went thru on the 19th. Received Tracking number Today. 6+ SG 64GB
