Massive restock of iPhone 6 Plus all over the country and not a single goddam T-Mobile in Northern California. Why does T-Mobile suck so bad???

I wonder why some get their shipping label and some don't? I've gotten nothing but Backorder status...
 
May I ask what the order number was as proof to executive team that tmobile is clueless what's going on for those that ordered first but others getting it ordering later. If you wouldn't mind it pm me.

I just checked your posts. You ordered a 64GB model. My 64GB model still hasn't shipped either. It's only the 16GB and 128GB model. It's not too unreasonable and makes sense that you'll be getting it later because they don't have stock for the one you wanted. Honestly, whoever orders the 64GB and got it by now is lucky. My friend ordered on preorder date and she JUST got her phone today.
 
So , what kind of advice could i get on pulling the trigger and going with Apple on my silver or Space Gray 64gb 6plus or waiting it out with Tmobile:mad:

Tmobile: You might get it this week or next year.
Apple: You WILL get it in whatever timeframe they say (maybe earlier even).
 
So I just got off the phone with an ERT named Aida . She was very apologetic about my concerns and and was very understanding . This is why i LOVE tmobile , I have never had an issue with them they couldn't resolve .

Imo Tmobile is not blameless in this mess but i put A LOT on APPLE .They do the same thing every release , tons of hype and shortage of production .
They are leaving companies to take the blame and leaving customers unhappy.

Long story short I still have no idea when my phone will ship but i do know they took 100 + off of this months bill as well as 50 of my future bill , not to mention i was overcharged on my iphone 6 plus (166.00 as opposed to 100.00) so they negated that 60.00 as well .

Very satisfied customer , the only beef i have is with apple , this will definitely be my last iphone !

The order numbers are for people who ordered 12-14th to prove that orders are shipping out of order. Just today there have been a few people who got charged for the 64gbSG+ who ordered after launch. Technically anyone who preordered (ordered before 19th) should have a phone before non-preorders, right?

So, if you have already received, not just a charge or shipping label, a 64gb SG + and you ordered after the 14th, it would be kind of you to PM your order number to one of the people who ordered the first weekend of preorders. An order number cannot be looked up without the zip code so they can't look you up.

With an order number, those who are continually told that orders are being filled in order and even though they ordered on the morning of the 12th there's been no stock to fill their order, can prove that they've been wronged. People have come and gone on this thread with many 64gb SG + phones. Why are there so many 12th orders unfilled?
 
I’ve been shadowing this thread since the launch to get a feeling on when I should order since I missed the 12th pre-order day.

Couldn’t wait anymore so decided to bite the bullet and order yesterday. I’m new to T-Mobile and ordered the iPhone 6 Space Gray 64GB at 6pm Pacific last night. Order was charged to my CC last night and status went from processing to shipped today and got the tracking number for 1 Day Overnight Saver at 3:30pm Pacific today. UPS hasn’t picked it up yet I think, but is listed in their system as shipping from Louisville, KY. Hopefully it moves tonight instead of sitting there until tomorrow before they actually pick it up.

Friend of mine is a bit ticked that his order from 4 days ago hasn’t moved yet mine has. I think the reason for this is because I paid outright retail $750 for mine, no EIP.

Yeah, I was tempted to order that instead but figured if I really want it I can buy later. The 6 is in ample supply at my local Apple Store but mostly for AT&T, people are walking in and getting it. They've been limited on the T-Mobile version, I think Apple is sending most of those direct to TMo to fill orders.

I didn't mean to quote you about that part. Just in reply to your statement that if you haven't gotten your 64gb phone it's because they don't have them available.
 
No changes today. But since I'll be moving all day tomorrow, I'm sure it'll get some kind of movement or even be delivered. :rolleyes:

It's being delivered to my local T-Mobile store, so no worries.
