So I ordered a 64gb space grey.. And a 16gb silver 6 plus.. To see which one I get first lol. Since today they cancelled my order
You're not the last, I'm in the exact same boat. No charge, no shipping label, nothing....
That's the one I ordered....which bugs me most why would you guys not buy the 128gb version???
Note to self: Next pre order get the 128 gb model. Avoid pre order hell

Nor did the silver! I can't even decide if I'm pissed, or just don't care anymore.On the mobile website my model looks like its in stock. 16gb plus gold. Am I seeing things? How can it be in stock if my order has no movement?!
my painless iphone shipping
i was supposed to post this when i got the phone but i got caught up with some work and now i just remember, just to help anyone incase my information is useful
So ive been following this page since friday (9/19). No i did not preorder and sadly (for u not me) i got my phone before most of you. Whatever theory u have on how they do their shipments is probably bullshi!t llol. this is my painless experience:
9/19:
No way in hell i was gonna wake up early and wait in line for a piece of technology. I decided arounf 3;30 pm i was gonna stroll in and see if ill be lucky to catch one of the few left. I walked in and the place was empty, just me and the orders. They sold out quick they said and asked me if i wanted to order the phone, i was like wat the heck sure y not im not in a hurry for the phone. I ordered the 16gb iphone 6 silver, the lady at the tmobile retail store said i would receive it within 7-12 days. I paid my service tax and standard shipping (lady also said u can call CS and have it credited back to u lol) then walked out.
9/20:
nothing happened as i expected, with all the backorders i thought i was gna be getting the phone really late.

nothing again, not surprised
9/22:
heres where it got interesting, i received a text around 8am with my tracking number. around 2pm i put the tracking number in the ups page and it said they only created a label for me, another thing it said i was upgraded to Next day air savings shipping. I was so confused because everyone on this page that pre ordered on the 12th didnt get any information yet and i only ordered on the 19th, really late lol.
Later on monday night the ups page said the phone was in louisville (i live in Indianapolis, not too far from louisville)

i woke up around 10am and ups page said its been sent to indianapolis around 7am. so i left my house and came back aroune 12 expecting the package but nothing, ups page stayed the same. i took a nap until four (btw im a college student so i try to get as much sleep as possible between classes) woke up at four opened my garage and saw the ups truck, the guy handed me my phone and i had a huge smile on my face.
im just confused on how i got my phone before the people who ordered on the 12th, they definitely screwed something up just so apple can be satisfied with the pre order numbers. well im done following this page lol i had next day air saving shipping free of charge and had a painless wait for my phone. If the weekend didnt interupt then i probably wouldve had the phone sooner cuz they dont deliver **** on the weekends. Anyways i hope everyone trys to stay patient, TMO seems to be working hard. Not to boast, but i just switched from having a galaxy s3 for two years and the iphone 6 is pretty impressive. same size as my s3.
just thought i would share thsi info, if anyone found it usefull, i have no idea how TMO does shipping their screwed right now. If u have a label from ups then expect the phone this week. bye lol

Appreciate your concern, But all the people waiting here are for the Iphone 6 Plus. The normal Iphone 6 which you ordered is plentily available. It is the 6 plus which is backordered.

i mean, i always told him to call tmobile from the get-go because he was never sent email/texts regarding his order and it was strange that when he was charged, he wasn't sent any info
Well I been following this thread for the last couple of days seeing I'm not the only one that placed a order that was canceled because Tmobile didn't receive the EIP on their end......smh
First order was placed on 09/20/14 received the EIP email signed it received the thank you email here's your copy......Tmobile Web site showed order complete
5 days later on the 09/25/14 went on mytmobile to check on order and it showed canceled due to EIP not being signed......bull******
Called customer service nothing they can do have to place another order F bomb, F bomb, F bomb,
Placed another order on 09/25/14 called CSR to be compensated and at least have my shipping upgraded to expedient shipping......was told once again not her they can do about it.......I'm so pissed off with Tmobile and their customer service.......
Emailed John today explaining the situation waiting for a response.....

Ups still says label created yesturday lol, it also gave me eta of today but didnt ship tell today so most likely tomorrow
