Ordered a 6+ 64g SG on the 13th but it didnt go through so I redid on the 14th.

Been lurkin this thread since then.

Finally got charged today and called robo bitch and she said it shipped today.

Never thought this day would come :)

First iphone coming from a note 2.

So I have been auditing forums here and on the tmobile site to try to see if I can see some pattern or figure out when I *might* expect my phone.

Ordered 9/17 at 12:22 p.m in store with Jump!

Status: 'Being Processed'

Girl who placed my order in the store said it could take up to 8 weeks for delivery but they were filling orders on a first come, first serve basis based on availability of color/model. I have seen a lot of people posting about ordering the SG 6Plus 64G but not many with the Gold. Has anyone received a Gold 6Plus 64GB??

Also, this may be a stupid question, but I read that they were only offering the priority for Jump! customers who ordered before the end of 9/13. Does Jump! matter if you ordered after then? And even if it doesn't, shouldn't those who order the same phone after you still receive it after? Seems like something fishy is going on here...

I got a tracking # as well, no record with UPS yet but hopefully thats not far off. One step closer...
 
Via my T-mo order status and Robolady both had it. No text or email though.

ooh, hmm order status still shows mine as backordered & robolady said the same ol processing but not yet shipped, i hope i get my tracking tonight
 
Hey guys! Long time lurker lol here's my info.. Preordered 9/13 gold iPhone 6 plus over the phone with a rep. No JUMP! My status was preordered then suddenly changed to backordered. Then I awakened today to a shipped status. T-Mobile emailed my UPS info. Plus my card was charged. Delivery day 10/1/14. No phone delivered. #

Me & my wife both walked into TMobile on 9/21 to order our phones.. we both used Jump upgrade

She ordered a 6 plus 64 gig - gold
I ordered a 6 plus 64 gig - space grey

Her phone arrived today.. my phone is still back ordered

No text updates were sent to her about it being shipped

*sigh* at least i can play with hers

Ordered: 9/12 at 5PM MDT (Denver)/EIP (non-Jump)
Emails/Text: "We will update you n 1-2 days" and "Your order is a priority, we'll update you when we can." I did not get the "9/22-9/30" text.
Calls: 9/20 to Customer Service and then a Manager (Manager said he would follow-up on 9/23 but he never called back) and email to John Legere resulted in call from "Executive Office" (Bill Credit and "should" get it 9/22-9/30 despite not getting that text) *Complained about so many orders being filled out of sequence.
9/24: Credit Card Auth Charged (no other email, text, or update on the website)
9/24: UPS Shipping Label Created
9/28: Text from T-Mobile Shipment Notification/Same Tracking I had since 9/24
9/29: Full Credit Card Charge
9/30: Shipped (UPS Tracking Now Working)
10/1: Received

It's finally over :)

But I can tell you this last night I Email the CEO.
I got a call today around 4 from an executive.
Who apologized over and over and over again and told me the truth.
and the truth is they have no clue when anyone is going to get their phones, and then gave me 150.00 dollar credit on my account.
but think about it, I get charged today after emailing the CEO yesterday is that coincidence or just timing. Plus a credit thats awesome.

I don't know if anyone pointed. It put, I saw newbies looking for tracking by reference info.

Ours only came up on UPS if I put In the phone without dashes, picked USA, and then added the zip code. Leaving any piece off would return a not found message.

Glad to see some deliverers today!!!
