I keep hoping that every day. It doesn't happen. Nothing does. This might as well be what myT-Mobile shows me:

i was backordered on the same day as you so maybe we will both get our unicorns on the same day. i wonder if the backorder dates have anything to do with when you actually get yours. i know some people already had their orders backorded again to 10/2/2014. i hoping that since we are still 9/27 that we are in the next batch. I dont know about you, but i was a JUMP order so we might be prioritized.
 
So after catching up on the last few pages of this thread, I guess I can forget about sending my 6 back to TMO for a Space Grey 64 6+, eh?

I know we have 20 days to do a return, but if folks from Sept. 12 are still in the dark, I may as well hang onto this 6. I can't bear going back to my backup G2 again, especially with no ETA for new devices.

And all you folks still waiting from the pre-order with no clue when you'll get your phone, I really hope that you're raising HOLY HELL with Retentions. You guys should be getting hella credits for this.

It's all a cluster****. There's no order to it all. Just chaos. There are people who have ordered before me that are still waiting and people that ordered after me that have had their phones for a week now.

EDIT: I'm a new customer too. Switched to T-Mobile from AT&T the day I ordered.
 
Just found out that one of my two jump upgrades was not a jump upgrade. Being tmo f'ed my account so much they had to process one order as a trade in and upgrade. Does this mean this one order is not prioritized?

Mines went to backorder on the 09/26/14 and still holding there no changes mines also is a jump order

Just checked my account and my order was not processed as a Jump either. But I'm getting my phone today so maybe your order will be ok.
 
Woke up to a UPS and Slice notification that my ordered shipped and should be delivered today. Checking my email now and seeing T-mo did send a shipping notification 1:50AM.

Don't get mad, but I re-did my order this Wednesday, it's for an iP6 SG 128GB. My phone shipped from Louisville, Kentucky.

I think somebody mentioned here that if you do the order and you don't get the shipping/backorder warning, that means they have the phone in stock. When I did my order, I didn't get the warning. So I think he/she was onto something.
 
It seems like at least 90% of the people waiting here for their phones ordered the "Unicorn" or a SG iPhone.

Anyone still waiting for their phone who ordered something different?
 
I see some people are still waiting for their iPhone. I just don't understand why they are taking so long. I made a new order for an iPhone 6 plus on Wednesday and it's already being shipped.
 
I ordered on the 19th. No updates. Space grey 128 gb 6 plus. Emailed ERT team and got a 100.00 credit on my bill. Still waiting.

I literally just walked into a t-mobile store this morning and got a space gray iphone 6 16gb. Preordering is for suckas. :p jk
 
To the people that have just reordered and have already shipped..... Once you receive the phone can you please provide the order number.

So that ones that are still waiting can a show the ERT that we are talking to that new orders are going out before previous orders.......

It seems like we are the forgotten ones.......

Well I explained my situation in my email and also sent the proof of my order being canceled because of their error. So when I talked to her she just offered it to me. Didn't have to ask

Is, there any reason majority of the people here order a 6+ instead of a 6? You would think with the high demand of the plus the 6 would be more available
