So here's my long STRESSFUL story after lurking on this thread for over two weeks:

I originally the Unicorn on the 12th, but never got the EIP email, long story short, I had to cancel the day after.
I ordered it again on the 13th and it ordered me the iPhone 6, not the +. Had to cancel it again.
Placed another order on the 14th, but it didn't process as JUMP, HAHAHA, I had to cancel it AGAIN!
So i'm obviously POed, so I decided to wait it out and go wait until the stores get them in stock. Almost a week later, I spoke to a really nice rep and he said no stores will get them in, for awhile.*
So I decided to go to the store(Authorized retailer) on the 20th and preorder the Unicorn, again.*
They told me it should be delivered in about a week since thats the pattern they've been seeing with their customers. I was like Yay! Luckily after leaving the store, an ERT calls me and says that Im on a partial backorder list and said I got lucky. I should receive my phone between the 22nd and the 30th.*I was like "Finally!".
She was nice and gave me her extension if I had any questions or concerns.
So after a week of NOTHING, no updates, I called Jimmy(ERT) and left a VM. Waited another three days and called her again, VM again. Now I'm frustrated. It's now the 29th and no updates. I now call CSR and spoke to a Sup. He was nice and was honest, had no idea when it'll get delivered.*I asked for some credit and he gave me $145 towards my bill. I'm a little happier.
So the next day after calling Jimmy countless times I FINALLY reach her. He was like "I was just about to call you". BS. She tells me that she has no idea why I haven't gotten my phone yet and transfers me to someone who works in the wharehouse. Tracy I think. She said I SHOULD get my phone within two weeks. But wasnt sure what's going on since partial backorder customers get there phones quickly. I thanked her and hung up.
Finally, yesterday I had an extremely nice ERT call me, Jason. He said he'll be calling me every 72 hours. He told me that EVERY Jump customer is on partial backorder. It means nothing. He said my unicorn is going to take awhile to ship since they're still fullfilling customers from the 12th-13th. Up to 6 weeks. He gave me options. Either wait it out or cancel and reorder a different iPhone. BUT, he'll credit me the down payment. He said the 128 Gold + is on least demand. So I canceled my unicorn and placed the order for the Gold +(I'm okay with the color since it'll be in a case) and I don't have to pay the down payment! I'm getting a $199 credit. He also didn't use my JUMP upgrade so I can save it. He really helped me.
So what a journey! I will update on when I'll get this iPhone. My experience has been hectic and stressful but at least I got $145 credit and $199 back for a 128 GB. Let's see what happens!!
