Still waiting on my 6+ Silver 128GB. Ordered on September 14th, still on backorder, haven't even been charged yet. Beyond furious. I found this link on T-Mobile today, and it says they're awaiting more shipment from apple, and the expected ship date is on or before October 26th. Bull ****..

I feel everyone's pain. I ordered my silver 16gb 6+ on 9/23. Looking at the word backordered was getting on my nerves. 3 days ago I decided to stop checking. Woke up to hit the gym, curiosity took over and BOOM says its been shipped! Checked ups and it arrives on Monday!

Word of advice don't call t mobile unless you're trying to get credited because all they are going to tell you is up to 6 weeks. I didn't call t mobile once to complain because I figured since I ordered late it was going to take awhile. I feel horrible for those of you who ordered before me. I'm praying this is true and I actually get it! Good luck to everyone =)

Sorry for that. It's strange ups wouldn't even leave the phone with my sone because of the whole signature thing. They dropped it of at my apartments office. But previously my son could sign for it just fine for my wife's phone. I believe it was shipped sig required, but that sucks that ups left it.
Thank you so much for this. This is the first time that I've been able to look up my order online (some odd junk with their system made it so that MyT-Mobil couldn't show me any details. I looked with that new checker and saw:
Item: Apple iPhone 6 Plus - Space Gray - 128GB
Status: Expected to ship on or before 10/06/2014

You're welcome. The first time I checked it also told me 10/6. But when I checked again a couple hours later it told me 10/28. Not sure what happened there.
Estimated shipping dates are a function of not just when you ordered but also where you are. Somebody in Des Moines could have ordered the same phone as somebody in Houston, but if pre-orders were huge in Houston then the Houston person could be waiting longer for more stock. It all depends if Des Moines got more stock initially, how many Apple Stores are there, etc. Lots of moving parts in the equation.

I think it's just giving you a date of the "6 weeks from order date" that they've been telling us all along. I had a more specific date of 10/6 but that changed rather quickly. If all that site is doing is telling people 6 weeks than it's pretty useless.

I think you're right. The thing is, if the CSRs and ERTs state that they have no idea when the phone will ship, then the order status won't know either. They've even told me that the system doesn't update quickly. It's useless
Using a Verizon phone on T-mobile
Anyone else tried buying a Verizon phone(like Greg) from Target or apple and using it on T-mobile's network? Im getting really frustrated and tired of waiting for my plus to come, and they seem to have a 16GB Space grey plus in stock at target, but it's a Verizon phone.
How does that exactly work? Could you just pay full for the phone and not get the 2 year contract that comes with verizon, and inserting in your T-mobile Sim?

I paid full price at Apple and stuck my tmo card in it at the store and everything worked. I am getting LTE and wifi calling appears to be working. It shows it as working but I haven't been in an area that I have no signal and can get wifi in order to test it.
So after being on the truck for delivery on 10/3 and not getting my phone UPS now says delivery 10/6. It's gonna be a long weekend. I'm never gonna pay for overnight shipping again.
My label was created on the 2nd for delivery on the 3rd but never made the plane until this morning (4th) for delivery on Monday. I find it amusing that T-Mobile is the only carrier charging for overnight shipping, the other websites show overnight as the default no cost option.
Supposedly Target will NOT sell you it full price, off contract at the moment.
Before you got excited about it, I'd check that end first (and, Target Mobile is a company Target contracts with to provide mobile stuff - they aren't Target employees, just a heads up.)

Wifi calling works at my house, I don't have data here. I think my phone is using it more than it is indicating it is... there seems to be a bug in that part of the display. I"m still running 8.0 though.
But I have been impressed - I just have to remember it won't hand off to cell when I leave my house... I get wifi part-way up my driveway.
I finally got my Unicorn yesterday. UPS tested my patience and waited until the very end of the day to deliver it. After all the waiting I didn't even bother to open it. I went to happy hour for a few drinks instead. I'm still restoring from my iCloud backup but I've been playing with the phone for a few hours and I am SO glad I decided to go with the 6+. This phone is amazing. I don't know how I managed to go anything done on the tiny screen of the 5s lol! Apple did a great job with this one. Hang in there everyone - when you finally get your phone it will totally be worth the wait!

All the local apple stores in my area are out of stock of all variants and carriers of the plus, and it is frustrating. And t-mobile is estimating a shipping date on or before 10/29, for my order that i placed on 09/17.
This is just plain silly.
Well, after lurking for the last two weeks, I have finally decided to register an account here. I ordered the "Unicorn" on 9/17 at a T-Mobile retail store here on Long Island. When ordering, I knew that my phone wouldn't be available on release date due to supply shortages, but then when I became eager and started to call 611, everyone told me something different. I got in contact with an ERT rep named Leah after learning of people on the forum receiving bill credit. She was very nice and I ended up receiving $200 worth of bill credit without even asking. This was awesome and I doubt any other phone company would do that for their customers, but they really need to train their CSRs. It's so frustrating when they tell us all something different. Long story short, it's now 10/4 and the only status I have on my order is "being processed." A few moments ago I received an email saying that they anticipate to ship my phone to ship on or before 10/29... Sigh. Literally just another way of telling me 6 weeks from order date. T-Mobile really needs to get their act together.
Sooooo, I just got an email from T-Mobile stating the same thing as above. That they expect to ship on or before 10/06/14. This is the first email I've gotten from them about the order so now I am curious as to whether this might actually happen.
