I ordered the same exact thing but on the 13th. I got the txt that i would receive it release day only to get the txt on release day that it got canceled. I reordered and they told i wouldn't lose my spot and that i would receive it the following wednesday the latest. Come that thursday nothing so i emailed the reps they got back to me and said a week the latest. Now i check online and its telling Oct 31 it should ship maybe earlier. ******* Tmobile

Just a heads up A friend of mine said the moment a iPhone is assigned to you, if you google apple support profile and sign in in your apple ID your new iPhone should be there. So it kinda lets you know at least you have a phone assigned.

This only works if you have a REGISTERED device i.e if you registered an iPod or iPhone e or Mac to your iTunes account. This doesn't work for new phones or products that aren't registered to you yet.
 
Just called TMOBILE as I feared my IPHONE was not at my door step! Due to their negligence of changing shipping dates I was not home when it was just thrown in my front door. NO ****IN SIGNATURE NO NOTHING!! I'm so upset right now

This is terrible! Did you contact UPS? They will start an investigation and TMobile should replace it for you. My iphone was tossed at my front door by UPS. I thought signature was required?
 
just got email from t mobile saying nov 10th or sooner kinda sucks but nothing i can do but just wait.
 
Nice iphone 6+ case huh to bad I don't have my freaking phone to put it on......smh

I was reading some post and one said she got a 200.00 credit towards her bill I would like to know.. I ordered my phone on sept 12 and still haven't seen it.

You need to contact John Legere's office immediately john.legere@t-mobile.com

Someone from the executive response team will get back to you. In the email let them know the order date and order number and that you're still waiting.

There's no reason why you shouldn't have your phone by now.
 
So my phone was on the truck for delivery yesterday but never came. Now it says scheduled for delivery Monday. Did this happen to anyone else?

Hi! new to this...I love it! Anyways I am ordering my new iPhone now...the gold 16bg. It is my first iphone ever (!!!) and I only just got my first smartphone this year too, (I'm 21!). Once I make the order how long until my first bill? I'm assuming the day my phone arrives is the day my plan starts, I just got a new job and am trying to budget things out but it's kind of impossible with the timing of the phones being so wacky. The monthly bill with Tmobile is definitely more than I was paying for my last phone but its SO WORTH IT. <333

Just got this email from T-Mobile today. They've been texting and emailing updates almost everyday since I placed my order on 10/1. Hopefully they're overestimating the shipping window and I actually get it before the weekend.

I got the same thing for mine. At this point it would be quicker for me to order one from apple, but I wanted them to pay for my cancelation fees from att.
 
Email the CEO!!!!

I was in the same boat as all of you No charge, no updates, no nothing. so i saw people were emailing the CEO and getting **** given to them such as 150.00 to 200.00 dollar credits and everything. STOP!! calling Customer Service "they can't do anything nor know anything" So I emailed the CEO got a response in less than 24 hours from a higher up who of course credited my account and with 2 days I received my phone. SO STOP!!! ********ing and go straight to the top. oh and i ordered the unicorn 64GB space grey Iphone 6 plus.

I got the same letter, but with a on or before 11/06/14 ship date.
