How long does it take to get a response from ert after emailing legere? I sent him an email over the weekend

Date Pre-Ordered: Originally 9/14/2014-Cancelled by online glitch only found out after follow up on 9/21 when I did not have a charge for it. Had a copy of email saying i signed EIP but they say I never did.

Same thing happened to me.......

Ordered on the 20th because I wanted to see the plus first......lol

Checked on the 25th.....Canceled Due to EIP not signed had the Email showing it was signed on my end.......nothing they can do....smh

Placed 2nd order on the 25th.....

Backordered the 26th.....

Nothing yet checked the new tracking crap on Tmobile.....expected delivery 11/06/14 or before......smh

ERT credited my bill for one month ($233) was supposed to receive 72 hr call back this weekend nothing
 
I'm still here from the preorder weekend, no changes. emailed ERT Wednesday last week still havent gotten a response.
 
Double check if it's a charge or a hold.

Most likely, it's a hold on your credit card.

So I just ordered my phone this weekend through the Tmobile website (and I got the standard "it will ship in 1-8 weeks" message). This morning I saw that they charged me $99 plus sales tax for my new phone. I'm confused because, based on what most people are saying in this thread, Tmobile doesnt charge you until they ship your phone. Is that correct?

So that new status message says it'll be shipping today. Just got a call from my ERT who says that his system just says it's backordered and that he's got no new info for me. No dates, nothing. I tell him about the "new" system, and that it says mine is shipping today. I confirm to him that I will be beyond pissed if I don't get it tomorrow. He goes on to say that there are two major shipments from UPS, one in the morning and one in the evening so maybe mine is on the evening one. :rolleyes:

Then I go on to ask him about the "device recovery agreement". I was trading in my iPhone 5 and originally, my account activity showed that they would be giving me $253 for my 64GB iPhone 5. I noticed that as of last week, that amount had been deleted and replaced with a "Download PDF" link that leads to nowhere. So he checked my account and said that the trade in seems to be erased off my system. So instead of using the standard return label, he wants me to send the phone directly back to him and he would personally credit my account the $253.

Oy Oy Oy.

Still no cc charge, no label. Nadda. I'm beyond angry. It seems like at every turn, there's a screw up.
 
I'm still waiting for ANYTHING. Preordered on the 12th, early. Haven't even gotten my 72 hour follow up call today. I'm beyond sick of this, close to canceling. 128 plus silver.

I should have just upgraded my Note 3 to the Note 4......

Wanted to give the iPhone another try after I traded my 3g for the first Note..... Now that the iPhone 6+ is bigger.....

That is absolutely ridiculous. I spoke with an exec last week and was assured that the issue with orders being processed out of order was fixed. Yeah, ok.
 
i feel like J2 has it worst, i couldnt wait so i got a 6+ from Verizon and im using it with T-Mo.

Once i get the one from T-Mo i will sell the verizon one.

I hear ya. I think I'm throwing most of the blame at Apple right now... Tmobile is at least trying to do right by people, even if they did make a mess of things. Wish there was another phone I wanted, but I really don't. I'd be quicker to cancel if my 5s wasn't having issues. No winning here it seems.

Yea. Most of it is at Apple for not preparing for this. But I'm upset with T-Mobile for not having their jump customers prioritized first or even people who pre-ordered on the day of
 
Just got off the phone with the ERT rep.......nothing new still on backorder next call will be on Thursday......

I ordered a 6+ 64gb space grey on 9/23 and my CC was just charged this morning. I know the space grey is harder to get, so maybe thats a sign youll be getting some movement soon!

No change yet...I keep checking back every hour waiting for it to. Ill let you guys know when I get the tracking. I've heard some people getting charged and then it gets reversed. Hope that isnt the case with mine. Seems a little to good to be true for me to be getting mine so soon.

I hope so! But I know that I just need to sit and wait with fingers crossed. The reason I asked is cause I also ordered a 6+ 16gb Gold on the 22nd and I just received the package from UPS. I was hoping to see any movement on my 6+ 64gb Gold...

And I feel for those who are royally screwed by Tmo since the preorder debacle. hope you guys are able to get your hands on the phone soon.

I ended up canceling my order. I found a local Apple store with a 6 Plus, 64GB in stock.

I'm going to give TMo a piece of my mind about this. It's horrifying to me that people who ordered the phone after us have gotten them already.
