If you don't care about buying it from Apple, my local apple store had a handful of all colors and memory sizes of the iPhone 6. My local T-Mobile said they have only seen a few iPhone 6 available. Good Luck!

I need to buy through EIP. As of right now, no Apple store within a 3 state radius has what I want anyways. Yikes.

So new order of the 6+ will take 4-6 weeks rite guys?

If you're lucky.

EDIT: My apologies. I wasn't in the greatest of moods with T-Mobile when I wrote this. But yes, 4-6 weeks is about what you should expect if you're ordering a 6 Plus.

Just received a call from the ERT and she credited my account $150. She also said that she reviewed what happened and that she was sorry etc. I have to send my note 3 to her when I get the new phone because she said the stores staff would probably just stare at me if I brought it to them. At least she was funny.

By chance was her name Simon Chase? She helped me out and was supper friendly.

I had to do the EIP too...To bad, apples wait times are so much shorter.

Those ERT people calling are just regular customer service reps. Lol not corporate. Still waiting on my 128 gray 6 plus. Order the 19th.

Whatever they are, there is no commotion in the background when I talked to them and they credited my account $150 bucks. I couldn't get simple math past a regular customer service rep.

I think you can do EIP at the Apple store.

I've seen several posts on here about folks being successful with it. And yes, these were EIP upgrades and not Jump! upgrades.

Apple doesn't advertise it at all, and the folks that I have seen on here that were successful had to ask multiple Apple employees about it before finding one that was trained to do it.

Might be worth a shot if you find a store that has what you want.

Current Trends.

This applies to the iPhone 6+ 64gb SG (Codename:Unicorn) orders only
If ordered any time before 9/19 you should receive a text from 456 no later then 10/10. For orders after release, expect for the days to match up. (9/19 orders will be taken care of on the 11th, orders on the 20th on the 12th) This is based off of patterns of order completion. Expect a 1-2 day delay after the 14th, then it should smoothen out. Also keep in mind that this is a rough estimate. It's been accurate so far though.

Still waiting for my unicorn.

I'm also still waiting.
Ordered 6+ 64gb SG "unicorn" on 9/18
JUMP order, already paid the down and tax payment.
Just waiting for any kind if movement, hopefully soon!

If you're lucky.

i dont know how you can say that. today is October 7th meaning the phone hasnt even been out for 3 weeks. this thread has come to an almost standstill because most people who ordered have recieved their phones. Since the phone hasnt even been out for 3 weeks yet, not a single person on this planet has actually waited 4 weeks for their phone. in fact, the vast majority of people recieved their phones within 2 weeks. yes, there are a few stragglers in here that have been lost in the processing but the overwhelming majority have gotten their phones well before the "4-6 week" range. In fact, you would be extremely UNLUCKY to get your phone in that time frame.

The 10/6 was a fallacy.

Now the ship date moved to today. No CC charge. No labels. Nothing.

You are right! thats the same thing I have been saying. Everyone is just so anxious (including me) it seems like it has been a lifetime since we ordered are phone. but it actually hasn't been that long.

I hasn't been long at all. But I think it's more that expectations weren't met. When the 5 came out, I preordered from Apple and it was on my doorstep at 1pm of launch day. The only reason I didn't preorder this time was that I wanted to hold each phone in my hand to check out the size. So instead this time, I ordered launch day, which I foolishly thought would mean I would have it that day, or at the very least, the time it took to ship from a warehouse. Not sitting here almost three weeks later with ever changing dates.

How Apple screwed this up so badly is astonishing.

Can someone tell me what it means if your backorder date goes back? it did say Backordered 10/2/2014 not it says 10/7/2014 at 2:15am :( is this good or bad? based off you guys experience
