Just got off the phone with Jimmy Poe of the ERT team. Looks like I'm in it for the long haul. She did give me another $250 credit. But alas it is still not a phone.:mad::mad:
 
Was told by the oh-so-helpful online support others ship first because of JUMP, no matter when they're ordered.. so we could end up waiting forever depending on how many JUMP customers order.. That's cool. Way to try and win over new customers T-Mobile.

I prefer companies that recognize customer loyalty. With that said, i was a jump user and still havnt been charged
 
so disappointed i got an email saying i was gonna get my 6 plus 128 space grey i checked my order status now it got pushed back to 11/24 :(
 
It isn't customer loyalty if you have to pay extra for the loyalty.

To be fair, jump includes insurance which is $8 a month alone which means $2 a month is what it cost me to be able to upgrade early. Ive been with tmobile for 10 years, i should get priority over someone who just signed up 3 weeks ago

And it was almost 4 weeks ago thank you very much ;) I'll accept a few days leeway for jump but assume somebody ordered today that would be ridiculous if they "jump"ed me at this point...
 
I spoke with a manager and she said that the cancellation was just a glitch in their system. She assured me that the order was still being processed.

I don't believe her.

I'm tired of T-Mobile's BS. I'll be emailing the CEO again tomorrow. By the way, I was also supposed to be on this 72-hour phone call thing as well, but haven't heard jack from anyone in a week.

You might as well email tonight, mine called me at 9pm the first time!

Absolutely agree with your 2nd point, that would be a little much.
 
What it seems like is that they were expecting some large shipment from Apple this week and now discovered that it won't be coming and hence we are all delayed until mid November for seemingly all models and configurations.
 
I just moved to a T-Mobile plan from being prepaid, and bought the iPhone 6 with 128gb. The computer showed it as being in stock while the other two colors were backordered. Order is now processing.
 
I just checked flightaware and there should be 5 planes arriving to Louisville later tonight. Can't lose hope

Hello everyone! I'm new to this thread after weeks of reading day and night lol So I ordered a Gold 64gb iPhone 6+ With the JUMP program on 9/26 and I still haven't received it. I've been calling almost everyday for the past week to get any substantial updates and I've been getting NOTHING. I spoke to a very nice lady last week and she said my phone would be mailed out to 10/26 but when I called today, the person I spoke with said she doesn't have any of that information and that its supposed to take the standerd 6 weeks... I'm a reasonably patient person but this is a bit ridiculous. No one knows anything and the ones that do know something are sounding like robots
 
My order just shipped and i got a tracking number. I ordered it on the 28th. 6+ 64gb in silver. Im still waiting on a 6+ 64gb space grey that I ordered on the 23rd. Not expected that one anytime soon though.

Interesting, I ordered my 6+ 64GB Silver on the 19th. The whole first order first shipped is obviously out of whack as others on the forum can agree to as well.

When I sent mine with my trade-in fiasco, I felt the same way. It was the icing on the 5 day old trying to port my number cake. My ERT was sympathetic to that. She fixed that easy but spent more time dealing with a secondary coverage issue.

I have started to see some improvement in that area, a bit, so I'm hoping my pathetic, can't even get/use edge at home gets fixed soon.

I hope someone is able to get it sorted out for you ASAP.

I'm waiting on Disney to personalize and mail my magic bands.... It would be nice to have them before being there on Friday (they are passholder ones, not hotel guest ones). I might send an email if I had an address :p

You've probably aleady tried everything, but I did send several e-mails to every executive at T-Mobile, along with the ERT and I got a really good ERT person who seemed to get things done if any of that info would be helpful to you. I feel bad that I'll get mine before you with all you've been thru.:eek:
 
Obviously the ordering system is outta whack because people are getting orders before others who have been waiting longer.

Oh sorry. Misunderstood. I know I've been waiting 2 weeks, but a lot of others have been waiting since they preordered. Kind of ridiculous...Really hope you guys get your phones soon.
