Received another follow up call from ERT rep. She confirmed that my order was processing and that they were preparing to ship. She said it usually takes 24-48 hours to ship and actually charge my card (instead of temp hold).
I'll keep you guys updated

who are the CSR and ERT ? i don't know whats the difference and who i have been talking to, also how can i contact a ERT?
 
No way. WTF happened????

Don't know. I'm on hold waiting for a manager since the CSR barely spoke english and was not helpful. All I know is the the phone is still on backorder, and after 4 attempts to complete the order they just canceled it instead.

I have no idea why I keep checking my credit card and UPS. I'm already signed up for UPS My Choice and an alert on my credit card so that I get emailed when anything over $200 gets charged to my card.

And yet still nothing. I keep checking. ARGH. :mad:

This is the first time ive seen the 64gb sg get moved in atleast a week. It would really suck if i dont get charged today and have to wait another week plus just to see if i get lucky then.

I spoke with a manager and she said that the cancellation was just a glitch in their system. She assured me that the order was still being processed.

I don't believe her.

I'm tired of T-Mobile's BS. I'll be emailing the CEO again tomorrow. By the way, I was also supposed to be on this 72-hour phone call thing as well, but haven't heard jack from anyone in a week.

Me too. I just noticed we have the exact same order information. I was hoping to get atleast some movement this week :(
 
After getting the Verizon phone I feel like I should just cancel my tmobile order.. Or maybe I'll just get the note 4

Was told by the oh-so-helpful online support others ship first because of JUMP, no matter when they're ordered.. so we could end up waiting forever depending on how many JUMP customers order.. That's cool. Way to try and win over new customers T-Mobile.
