Congrats on your phone! I pretty much viewed you as the Lewis and clark of the 128 SG. So it's nice to see that you finally got it. I was told mine should ship no later than next wednesday. Wish me luck and have fun with your phone!

No, still don't have my 128GB. It's a loaner 16GB that they are sending out to me. I'm looking at another 5 weeks wait for the 128GB. Although this morning my screen says - WTF!!

We are all seeing that message. I hope they're updating it to say everyone will be receiving their phones by Monday. And you should send me the loaner phone so that I can use it
 
Okay guys, I have an update, but I need help deciphering it :D

So, maybe some will remember, T-Mo decided to credit my account the cost of the down payment plus taxes. This amounted to $186.25. I logged into the order status site today, and it's down like everyone else.

However, while I was in my T-Mo account, I noticed that my "Amount Due" went from -$186.25 to -$66.60, which means that I was charged $119.65.

My bill is due on the 4th of the month, so it can't be that. Could I have been charged for the phone?!?! My ERT said that they would still charge my credit card when the order got processed, so I wasn't expecting the amount to come out of my T-Mo account. Maybe I got lucky?!? Or maybe their systems are screwed up (again).

I REEAALLLYYY do not want to talk to a regular CSR anymore. I'm only 27, but conversations with them leave me with hypertension.

So what do you guys think?

So seriously, here's what I would do. Start over - email John Legere & executiveresponse team, include any screenshots you have, all the info you have. Lay it out. I sent in another email last week with all my screen shots of my ever-moving ship date and for two days in a row, ERT's were trying to get a hold of me. When I asked my ERT about it, he said it must have been someone else because it wasn't him.

You'll get a new ERT (Jason or Luv are the bomb) and perhaps it will get sorted out quicker. For real. I was thinking about you this morning, which is kinda odd because you're a dude on a forum. But for real, you've been mistreated here and the least you should get is a loaner. Give it a shot.
 
Oh and another thing.. I'm not able to add my info to the worksheet. Maybe because my company still uses Internet Explorer 3, or whatever ancient browser this is.

Is there a bill printed out that you can look at to see if there are any odd charges? I'd honestly call CSR and ask WTF.

I swear, my husband is thinking I have some special powers going on. When I ordered in the store 19/19, the dude was practically bending over backwards to make things work for me. Hubby asked me if I had had *extra* cleavage showing or what!! :p Then I told him about the loaner yesterday. After all the credits I've gotten and now this, he started cracking up laughing. I said it was simple. I had screen shots every day of the crap I'm seeing and the issues with the system. No one can refute that and it's definitely an in-your-face-here's-your-fcck-up email. All done with politeness and professionalism, naturally.

Now I don't know if my particular ERT saw it or not, but I did subject line it to his attention so he very well may have. And he damn well took care of me too because the first thing he said yesterday morning was about the loaner. And that's out for delivery now. My ass isn't leaving the house until it shows up.

interesting the tool goes down same time as Apple launches iPhones in China. I hope its a positive update to more accurate dates, but fear it could be t-mobile about to tell people even longer delays if Apple is directing most of manufacturing capacity to China's orders.
