T-Mobile.com preorder thread

i'm starting to give up and i guess have no choice to wait since t mobile won't email me back i tried emailing ERT i tweeted the CEO and all i get from tmobile help twitter account is we are sorry crap. :( pretty disappointed on how this is going.
 
Hot damn. My loaner 6+ shipped out today and will be here tomorrow. Holy cow!!!!!! Got an email from UPS (I signed up for MyChoice for UPS). I still don't have notification from T-Mobile. The order still says processing, but a label was created for me today, for NextDayAir and weighs 1.2lbs so that has to be it!! :D

How did you get a loaner phone?
 
She's finally here! After weeks of backorder and delay, she's finally here.

My ERT offered it to me today since, if the shipping times are accurate (and he thinks they are), then it'll be a total of 10 weeks from ordering to receiving. Even he thought that was outrageous so he offered to send me a 16GB 6+ until my 128GB gets to me. Once that comes in, I'll send back the 16GB and the iPhone 5 I am trading in.
 
UPDATE PART II: THE SEQUEL

So get this, this morning I had a voicemail from my original ERT (Sharon) saying that my ORGINIAL order had not been cancelled. Confused, I called my other ERT (Matthew) to ask what was going on. He said that indeed my original order had not been cancelled after all and apologized again. My original order was READY TO SHIP and they would be overnighting it to me, free of charge. They did still have to charge me the down payment which I was fine with but they just credited my account for the same amount of the down payment ($160).

So according to what they told me, I could have my phone as early as tomorrow or as late as monday. However, in checking my bank account tonight I still have the funds in my account, and tracking by reference on UPS comes up with nothing. I'm not sure how excited I should be right now.

Just placed an order yesterday, 64GB Spacey Grey. Of course backordered.

So aside from emailing John Legere any other way to reach the ert that called me 3 weeks ago.. His name is Matthew.. Want to be ready just in case I don't get the phone on the 18th
 
Just called to request more info about the shipping dates changing to 10/18 but they don't seem to know anything. Only thing they can say is that it takes up to 6 weeks.

I'm just expressing my joy that I no longer have to endure what I had to endure. I sympathize with those who still have to endure the bs that is getting the 6 / 6+ and the wait times.

I sympathize with those who have yet to receive movement with their orders, especially J2 and others.

At the end of the day, none of us have a choice as to who get shipped what phone when. I'm just relived that this experience is over for me.

Yeah congrats there are much better pics of the phone all over the internet FYI.
