Tool still not working for you guys?

I have no idea. My "canceled" order still says on or before 10/28.

It's the only indication that my canceled order isn't really canceled. MyT-Mobile, robolady, CSR's all tell me it's canceled. Only the ERT's are telling me it's not. I still haven't been charged and UPS still shows red. I don't know which to believe.
 
We are waiting for the same 2 phones. I ordered the day after you so I will be keeping an eye on the spreadsheet! I have 2 pending charges from T-Mobile. The $32.64 charge keeps coming up every week and then going away. I don't know what is going on anymore!

Now I have a 3rd pending charge from T-Mobile for $161.38. The total down payment that was quoted when I ordered was $368.38 (shown below).

Order status: Complete
Total charged today: $368.38
Card Type: VISA


If I add up the 3 pending transactions on my account it totals exactly $368.38. WTF!?? does this mean I am getting my phones or what?

That stupid status tool worked for me earlier today (not working again now) gave me an estimated delivery of 11/24 for silver and 11/01 for SG.

I don't think T-Mobile could irritate me any more if they were trying.
 
Bad News

:mad: just checked the order status page and my 2 iPhone 6 + silver 64gb's have been pushed back to 11/07/14....was scheduled to be shipped out today the latest...I'm going to cancel my order and just go look for 2 iPhone 6's in T-mobile Stores around the area....i can't with this anymore

Now I'm bummed out. Mine is supposed to ship today but it now says I need to check back tomorrow.
 
Finally! Card was charged last night and phone shipped this morning! Ordered the 6 plus 64gb SG on 9/17. It'll be here Monday.
 
Frak it. Tired of waiting. I'm 2nd in line outside an Apple store this morning... any non-gold 6+ they have for T-Mo or Verizon is coming home with me today.
 
Funniest thing happened this morning. Despite canceling my online order already since I was able to find a space gray 128gb 6 in my local store, Tmobile charged my Amex today anyway. Had to promptly get on the phone with them and get that charge reversed.
 
A few days ago mine changed from mid November to today's date. Now I checked it today and it got pushed back a week and some. (silver 6+ 128gb)

C'mon T-Mobile, don't bother changing it if you're not sure you're going to send it. Got my hopes up and everything, I ordered cases and stuff since it was about to ship.
 
Good morning all! After reading a few posts this morning, it seems like most of us have the same idea in mind.

I called Tmobile this morning to cancel my order because I was tired of waiting and I was going to a Tmobile store to buy any iPhone 6 they had. The person I spoke with transferred me to the solution center and the guy I spoke to was an angel. He actually convinced me into not canceling completely but that I should go with a Gold iPhone 6+ 16 WHICH THEY HAD IN STOCK, til the madness of the 6+ orders slow down then I could use my JUMP to get the 64gb that I orginally wanted. So he put in the order for me, gave me overnight shipping (I'll be receiving the phone on Tuesday), he didn't use my JUMP upgrade so I could use it later for the 64gb, and he credited the downpayment for me. I feel much much better.
 
Got my 72 hour ERT call last night. No change for my 6 silver 64 gb. Still on or before 11/11. I'm just pissed that their site still says ships in 4-10 days. It's like a slap in the face. I'm going to bring that up when they call back on Monday. :mad:
 
Got pushed back to the 27th from the 20th. Then I went into a fit of rage when my order page increased my amounts due. For an iPhone 6 (not plus) SG 64GB, my price went up and totaled $900. What???? All CSR did was tell me don't worry. :mad:
 
Wow just got email shipped ordered on 9/20 6plus 64gb space gray... My date said 11/1 but guess it's early

Well my date was showing the 18th last night, this morning it went back to .. Your order information hasn’t been uploaded to this tool yet. Please check back tomorrow, as we update this information every evening.

Well I got them to send me a 5S as a loaner phone which solves my problem of having a dying non LTE windows phone device I'm borrowing from a buddy and it scratches my new device itch (I'm coming back from a few years on android so any iOS device will be new to me). At this point I feel like they're gonna wanna get the phone to me ASAP too, in order to get this relatively expensive loaner back. This is gonna make the wait much easier. Ordered a 6+ 64GB 10/5, cancelled and reordered 6+ 128GB 10/11 both Space Gray. Current estimated delivery on or before 11/22

Who are you all talking to? I tried getting a loaner and such but they say they can't and I'd have to buy a new phone but I can't do two EIP's on one line.
