My experience with T-Mobile

I just placed an order for an iPhone 6 Space grey 128 on Saturday at my local T-Mobile store. Just received a text saying its already been shipped out. Crossing my fingers everything goes well. Call Cr they said I should have it by the end of the week. Nothing updated on UPS's website yet.
 
my I Phone Gold 6+ 64 GB ordered on 9/19 in-store still has not changed with a estimated delivery date of 10/31/2014. i guess that's a good thing since i have seen every get boosted up to 10/18 than back to their normal date bottom line is if you ordered after in October you will NOT receive your phone anytime soon, your on for a good wait just like we did !

I'm curious is the backorder depending on the model phone you ordered? Have you received a tracking number for your phone yet?
I've already received the tracking number. Granted my estimated delivery date is 10/28 but I can't picture them holding on to the phone for that long now that I've already received a tracking number. I know it's shipping from T-mobile Texas's facility.

Yes, the 6's seem to be shipping much quicker than the +'s....sigh.....

The excitement is back!!! I wake up every morning and I'm like today is the day. If not, any day between tomorrow and the day the 6S+ comes out could be the day.

Technically is the second time that i get a delivery date and then they change it up on me at the last day.

people who are ordering the regular 6. just go to the store and they have plenty of them.. this thread is should be edited to "6+ agony" lol
 
Well, my case arrived for my 6+ (Spigen slim armor, red).

Holy crap the Plus is gonna be huge. I still haven't seen one in person. I can't wait!
 
Man I'm fed up with tmobile. Ordered the 17th of September in store, 6 plus 64gb Space Grey aka the unicorn. Received a $200 credit from ERT a few weeks ago. Friday night I get an email that my order couldn't be processed. I immediately called customer service and they "reprocessed" my order. Funny thing is, my tmobile and every csr says that the order is cancelled. I'm currently on the line with a very helpful csr and she's trying to get me transferred to her higher ups. Honestly I just want a straight answer. If I have to place another order I'm gonna feel like j2funny 😛 I'll be sure to keep you guys updated, and good luck to all.

Same thing happened to me last week. Get a hold of your ERT as the CSR's won't likely be able to help. I got the email saying my order was canceled, sent an unfriendly email to John Legere. I then got a call from an ERT named Sharon telling me that my order was not actually canceled. Ok, cool. Less than half an hour later I got a call from another ERT named William who said that my order WAS canceled after all. He apologised, placed a new order, promised to send me a 16gb 6+ as a loaner, waived my down payment. And then the next day Sharon left me a voicemail saying it was not canceled and it was ready to ship. So I called William back and left him a voicemail. He called me back a few hours later to tell me that he had spoken with Sharon to clear things up and indeed my order was not canceled. They said I still had to pay the down payment but that they would credit my account for the same amount for the confusion.

TL;DR
Your order might not be canceled. Get a hold of an ERT.

I sent an email today and got a call back from "Stephanie" at ERT .. She gave me the most scripted answers ever and basically just spent 5 minutes of my life ..
 
This is without a doubt the most cluster ******* pre-order/ ordering process ever! In 2050 when the( I-eye) comes out, you will surely have to submit your DNA to secure a device to communicate with the outside world just in time for 2060 Thanksgiving. But it will be for not, because everyone in America will already be working 24hr a day from 2014 to get you that device! Ridiculous. This is hilarious, I'm pretty sure apple will purchase China. I'm not kidding!
