Goodmorning MacRumorers........ANY good news for anyone? Did you rescue a cat from a tree? Did you help an old lady cross the street? Did you save someone from a burning house? COME ON PEOPLE.....GIVE ME SOME GOOD NEWS!!!!!!!!!

Broke my big toe. Was hoping when I woke up there would be good news for me so the next 2 days at home would fly by. But, alas, nothing.

its been a month now my phone still nowhere to be found. i am going to email legere in his own way.. i am a at&t expat and ill use that email to send my full of curse content lol

good morning!!

9/12 - Pre-ordered 16GB Silver 6+
9/25 - Received Phone
***DECIDED I NEEDED MORE STORAGE SO TIME TO ORDER AGAIN***
10/15 - Ordered 128GB Silver 6+
10/17 - Received an email saying it should be here on or before the 25th

Called 611 on 10/19 to see if this was in fact true. She told me that the wait for the 128GB Silver/Gold 6+ is only 7-10 days in their systems. I then asked why I was told I'd be waiting up to 6 weeks. She said that's only the case for the Space Grey 64GB or 128GB 6 or 6+.

For some odd reason the Space Grey color was a breakout hit this year. According to her, those are the people that'll be waiting the longest.

Not odd due to the fact that space grey is the best looking color and blends perfectly with apples new design.....

Got my magic bands Friday, had to make 3 trips to the post office.

But we have enjoyed our days at Disney, the kid placed 3rd in her gymnastics competition... But alas, our time here is done and we head home today.

I was hoping you'd get your phone by the time I got back!

That's good to hear. And nope. Nothing yet

Dang. Nothing new this morning. Since it says "on or before 10/22" I was hoping it would ship before. I should have known better.

Since I ordered my phone, there has been:

An Ebola outbreak
An NFL PR nightmare
The Kansas City Royals going on a postseason run of a lifetime
53 movies released into theaters
3 updates to iOS 8

I can keep going....

Mines was changed to.

Went from, "Awaiting more iPhone shipments from Apple. Estimated shipment delivery on or before 10/25" to on or before 11/26/2014.

Order Date: 10/15
Ordered From: T-Mobile Website (Upgrade)
Model: iPhone 6 64GB SG

You can switch over at any time. Just buy new sims ($10) from T-Mobile in a store and swap it out of your current phone. Then they'll port over your ATT number there and then. I did mine all in-store on 9/19. I have an iPhone 5. They gave me a new sim, process the order for the 6+ and less than an hour later, my former AT&T number was working on my phone under T-Mobile.

No, here's what I'm trying to figure out:

If I place an online order for 2 5s', and a 6+, and select to port my numbers from AT&T to T-Mobile, what happens then? According to people in this thread, the 6 and 6+ are gonna take several weeks to get here, so would my numbers get ported over right away, and I won't be able to use my phones on AT&T until the phones arrive in a few weeks?

I am already a T-Mobile customer, but I was told that a new sim card would be shipped w/my phone, and to bring it all into the store, after it is delivered, to activate & switch everything over to the new phone. I would imagine you would have a similar scenario....

This forum is really dead right now. I'm guessing everyone is too fed up?!!!

Stands to reason since everyone has waited so long already...

Maybe people are getting a lot of yard work done in prep for fall/winter?

Ordered a 16gb 6+ SG Monday (10/20) morning, expected to be here Wednesday (10/22) morning.

Ordered a 6+ SG 64GB and a 6 Silver 64GB on 10/03, expected shipping date from as early as when updates were available had been 11/14. This week the expected date changed from 11/14 for the Silver 6 64GB to 10/27.

For those of you who ordered multiple phones, do they usually ship them separately or do they get shipped together, as in both phones will ship when the 6+ became available in inventory?

I am in the same boat right now. They sent my phones on Saturday after exactly 4 weeks of waiting. About 2 hours after the email saying that my phones shipped I received another email from AT&T saying that my service is no longer active and I lost service. Very inconvenient, why not wait until I get the phones to porting the numbers? This would have left me with no service for 6 days. I had to go to a T-Mobile store and buy 3 SIM cards so I could use my old phones on my new T-Mobile service (I wont get into how they forgot to activate my SIM cards, again very inconvenient). They also charged me for the SIM cards so I called and complained to T-Mobile and got a credit on my first bill.

So far I am wishing I stayed with AT&T!
