Thank you for clarifying. I can empathize with you not wanting to do the dance with the 'executives' that some of us have been doing. The standard customer service reps tend to be limited in what they can do, so comped next day shipping is what one would expect when asking them about it. Glad to hear you go your phone. I am somewhat tempted at this point to just go online and make a new order based on phones that are stating 4-7 days. not sure what I will do. Am waiting for a call back, but not sure if that will happen.

So was that on a payment plan? My order was on an EIP and I had to buck up $399 down payment for the phones I ordered PLUS $225 more in sales tax. Now if you were ordering on an EIP, did they waive the up front down payment required to make the order go through, but you still owe that amount, or did they eliminate the down payment and tax they hit us with up front?
