I "was" in the exact same boat. I ordered 9.19 6+ 64gb silver. last night I cancelled that ordered and ordered the 6+ gold 128 and this morning it shipped

I'm also waiting for the 6+ 64gb silver, also ordered on 9/19. I don't believe the 10/31 date. Was it easy changing your order or did you have to call a few times?

It was really easy. had it ordered in 10min. make sure the customer service rep stays on the line with you until you get the eip agreement email and make sure to ask her for a order number
 
I had the iPhone 6 SG 64GB on order. Cancelled it this morning for the 128GB SG. Will see how long till it ships.

FYI, make sure you double check the EIP while online with Rep. The EIP I received had 128GB Silver, so I had to call back in and have it changed.

Update: Just got a Shipping Notification. I ordered @ 7:50am CT this morning. Shipping Notification @ 12:40pm CT.
 
Well that was frustrating call right now. I was basically talking to a robot, didn't matter what I asked, I got the same answer over and over. This blows.

The phone is great. It really is huge. It'll definitely take some getting used to. Well worth the wait that's for sure. For anyone that is willing, order the 128GB gold 6+. Mine was ordered just yesterday and I'm already typing to you guys on it. I'll still poke my head in here until J2funny gets his phone. I hope you all get your phones soon. It's defin worth the wait.
 
Are those of you who are taking the 128gb gold or phone otherwise not the same spec that you ordered getting any offer of compensation on price, down payment or bill credit?? Seems these guys who call you back from the executive office have a wide variety of latitude as to how they can make this up to us and how they actually Do make it up to us. Obviously to them they want to give as little as possible while some reps seem to want to take care of us who have waited so long, others could care less and seem to be reading from a script.

At the very least I am curious to know if you settled on taking a 128 over the 64 you ordered, did they discount the phone as part of the deal for you?

I cancelled my 64gb SG 6 and ordered a 128gb of the same model and got 1 day shipping waived.

Did it get shipped the same day? (i know these lead times say 4-7 days but I think that is the figure it gives for actual in stock phones and they ship fast)

I am just a bit irritated that depending on the luck of the draw with what rep calls you back, some are really willing to take care of you after going through many weeks of aggravation while others don't want to give you anything.

I made changes on a Saturday morning so it didnt ship until Monday night.. delivered on Tuesday.

I didn't fool around with the ETF people or whatever they are calling it. I ordered the 64GB SG 6 when it said ships in 4-7 days on the site, then it changed to 6 weeks. I called the standard line and said I was upset it changed, and I requested my order changed to 128GB and to have 1 day shipping added and waived.

The rep said yes, and I'm good to go with a nice new 128GB 6 SG in my hand right now.

I wouldn't say that I settled. As time passed, I thought about the larger capacity more and more. So, it just seemed to work itself out. The person I spoke with was gracious enough to waive the deposit. My Nov. bill had been waived prior to as well.

ok im biting.. im going to cancel the 128gb in silver and ordering the gold ..

lets see what happens!!
 
Just got off the phone with my ERT rep. She was still confident that my phone was going to make my estimated date of Monday (11/3). She had seen others with estimates getting pushed back, but mine hadn't changed. But regardless, they paid for my next bill, which was pretty awesome. I guess I'll hopefully find out more Sunday. I ordered the 6+ 64gb SG on 9/21, so hopefully a bunch of us will start seeing shipments soon.

Yes, and I had to sign a new EIP. Basically, I only have to pay the down payment that is equivalent to the 64gb plus version and instead of getting charged up front, it will appear on my next bill.
 
Last night around 9pm I ordered the 6+ Gold 128GB and it shipped this morning! I had ordered the 6+ Gold 64GB but I couldn't wait any longer.
 
ERT= Extremely Random Team seems some of them really care for the issue that we have in that we have waited weeks and compensate while others seem to read from the same script as the lower level customer reps and give us no help at all.

Seriously, if anyone has had one of these people who did them right in that they waived down payment and comped a month or two of service, let us know their name and extension number.
 
Get them as high as you want, cause tomorrow you are recieving a phone! I know I did! :D:D

did your tracking status update on the ups site? mine is still showing label created-- wondering if i should go home to check. maybe it won't even ship until today.

I've been using mine since yesterday. And yes, tracking status were updated throughout the whole delivery process. Bear in mind that some people have received their phones even when UPS never updated them in their system.

The funniest thing is, that I keep coming back here to check whats going on, even though I've received my phone :cool:
 
OMG, OMG!!! I just cancelled my order for the 6+ 64gb gold, and ordered a 6+ 128gb gold! OMG OMG OMG ...I hope to God this wasn't a mistake!

Just signed the new EIP......
