No I called in using the 611 number and when the automated machine asked what I needed. I told them "executive response team" and that lead to the person I'm waiting to speak to tonight. If you call just ask if they have any phones that are available to ship. If so then ask about the upgrade. When did you order?

My original order was on the 9th for the gold 64 gb 6+, but today at 5 pm EST, I cancelled and ordered the gold 128 gb 6+

I am just so nervous about getting my clock reset back to the beginning of another backorder again! :(

I too am hoping not to get my clock reset. That lady promised to have one for me and I got the run around earlier for over an hour with 7 csr's just asking the same questions and being put on hold just to be transfered to another person and start all over....I better get a credit for having up deal with all this madness earlier and if they don't have my phone ill be even more upset.

The a$$hat even told me I should get my phone in 2-3 weeks...What-the-What?!?! That would be past the original eta!!! He didn't look up my order, so I am not getting too excited at this point, I guess....just blah-blah-blah about how much better the 128gb will be, and oh, I'll be so much happier...puff-puff-puff...idiot.

Have you received a tracking number? Sorry to hear they couldn't help much # give it a couple days and see what happens. If no tracking number then go in with gunz blazing and take all that you can get #### lol

Well the 29th has come and gone... that marks exactly 6 weeks(42days) from September 17, the date that I ordered the 6+ 64gb SG. I'm sorry, I don't give a damn what T-Mobile has to do to get us our phones because this is absurd. How do they take preorders, and even advertise for phones that they cannot fulfill for months! Yes, Apple has some blame but T-Mobile needs to get their **** together! One of the biggest cellular providers in the country can't provide for their customers? Absurd. Lie after lie. My ERT never answers or calls back. Her name is Leah and she is beyond useless... "6 weeks and it will ship!" Well I got news for you, 6 weeks and my phone is nowhere in sight. Sorry for my rant but I can't take waiting anymore. I also refuse to settle for the ugly gold 128gb, I hate the gold and that is way too much storage space for me. Yes, I'm very impatient, but come on, 6 weeks for a phone that is releasing in China already? How about apple works on providing AMERICAN customers with their orders, rather than flood the communist market. I am beyond fed up with both Apple and T-Mobile, but I WILL NOT settle for an Android phone. That's my rant, please offer any input. :mad:

I know you're pissed but no need to drag China into this. From what I hear, they are having a tough time getting a 6+ also.

This is an adventure in uselessness. So the ERT people tell me I can order the 16 or 128 in a new order and have better luck over my existing 64gb phone orders. the problem is with today's ERT person. A real charmer named Stephanie.. she refuses to make a new order for me saying she has no ability to. She has no ability to give me information on items in stock and is generally just being useless and saying stick with your old order and hope for the best.

So I take it upon myself to just go online and make a new order. That was apparently a mistake as I make the order online, then have to talk to someone on the phone because the computer freezes in the middle of security cross check questions (because I am really not who I say and I want to take the identity of a guy who doesn't get his phones). so I have to call in. they say they can not generate more security questions because the system is locked when connecting it to my name. So a wasted 2 hours on the phone for them to say no one can help me, but if I go to the local store I might have better luck. Hmm, why do I think driving to the store would be an exercise in futility?!?

I too have about had it. ERT guys not calling back after leaving repeated messages. emailing the presidents office to prompt another call. the problem with that is I seem to get a bigger idiot with each call. Should it Really be this hard to get a phone?? Im tired of this. Whats funny is my order has an estimated date of the first week of December. My credit card attached to this order expires in two weeks. Now what will happen if they can't update a new form of payment to the order that outlasts the credit card?? Amazing!

Not only am I pissed after playing CSR tag earlier today but now I don't get a call...now I'm not settling for just shipping being waived now I want a damn answer why no one called and demanding a $100-$200 dollar Como for what ice had to deal with in a matter of 24 he's.. .oh and I don't even have a phone on order because the lady said it was best to cancel then reorder awwwwwwww ###########################

After many try's finally my correct order of iphone 6 SG 128GB just shipped...T-mobile has really stepped up their game in trying to go all out to help out customers...I guess it comes down to getting in with a rep that really tries to help...this is my 2nd iphone that will have shipped in less then 24hrs. And 3rd after the preorder day..granted the first one was returned because the plus was just too big and the 2nd one is getting returned as its not the correct one.

Try as many times as you can guys!!! 64GB are not gonna be avalaibe anytime soon so if you can just update to the 128GB and ask the rep to give it for the same price plus free overnight shipping:)

That was me today..talked with 4 reps everyone with a deferent story then finally my rep from yesterday called and she actually putt the correct order in and was inline till I signed the new EIP and made sure it's the correct phone

Just hang in there..it will happen
 
Still no iPhone 6+ from T-Mobile

I ordered my iPhone 6+ on September 12th. after a long wait with no updates I called in to see what was going on. The woman on the phone said it would be shipping in the next week (this was in the first week of October) the following Sunday I received an email saying that it would ship, "On or before October 27th) and I received this email every Sunday except the 26th of October. the 27th comes and goes with no updates. I check my order page on the 28th and it was updated to "shipping on or before December 3rd". I get frustrated and call customer service and their only suggestion is to call the local stores and see if they have any. That seemed a bit unprofessional thing to suggest but that didn't matter much to me. what matters is that I ordered a phone on the preorder day and haven't gotten any word. I hate this because I am a new customer to T-Mobile and I'd heard such good things about them, but this is beginning to be ********. I think I'm just going to cancel and try Verizon.
