hate to repeat 3rd party bad news but some one over at the official t-mobile order thread is stating that their delivery date was today and now being told mid November


That's about right. Many ppl on here have been experiencing that this entire month. Its apple that's the cause of all the problems
 
There are several Jasons in ERT

Jason Moten (sp?) is at the extension ending in 036. he was the first to call me when I started emailing the president. Though he left his extension, I have called it and left messages several times and he has never returned my call.

now fast forward past a couple other ERTs which didn't help one bit (Stephanie and James) and we get yet a different Jason who calls me yesterday. He wants to help me with a new order but says he needs sim card numbers to do this since I am a new incoming customer and an account must be set up first. He said his office was totally out of sim cards so he had to place an order for them at which point he will be able to check the order and get the Sim #s and create and account and thereby start me a new order. He did call me back twice just to get the sim card order and said he will call back Monday to set up the second order. Now this Jason has been the only one to call back. I did ask for his extension the first time he called and he did give me some lame story about it being broken, however provided me with his supervisors email that if I needed to get in touch with him that I should just email her to facilitate a callback from him. So he at least did offer an alternative to his extension and has called back. so I will be cautiously hopeful that he will be of his word and call back and help with a new order for 128 phones.
 
I hope I get my phone today

Mine shows 10/31 as well for a 6+ 64GB Silver. I got a call yesterday from t-mobile giving me a $50 bill credit and that my order was being pushed 2-4 weeks. This is frustrating as my order was on 9/19. But I have 2 orders in the system because t-mobile messed up, not sure which one they were referencing, hopefully the one placed later 9/29. I hope it ships today as well.
 
did you get a call from a t-mobile csr earlier saying your order is being pushed 2-4 weeks and offer you a $50 bill credit?

no not yet. when they do, i am giving them an earful. im going to be going on a trip, and the last thing i want is my damn phone sitting on my porch for 3 days.
 
I just received another call from TMO. But this time it wasn't from CSR or ERT. It was a Seattle number and from someone on TMO's marketing office. He feels pretty confident that I will receive my phone next week on the 6th or a couple of days after.
 
Missed my ERT's phone call. I think it was for the best, screaming and cursing at work tends to be frowned upon.
 
Wait, are these planes for T-Mobile? I was told Texas was the main distribution center and none of them are going to Texas

I questioned Jason (he is VERY knowledgeable about the entire operation) about the distribution center in Texas.
He stated that T-Mobile DOES own this center. He told me that they use the Ft. Worth center for returns. He said that most phones ship out of Kentucky.

For the people asking why Apple is taking so long for delivery. I read an interview with Tim Cook the other day. He stated that demand if very high, and he had NO idea of when they would catch up.
I believe that Apple opening sales overseas (especially in China) has let to a long lead time in the U.S. I think they should have held off international distribution until they could meet demand (wherever they opened sales first). But, I'm not in the position of making those decisions. lol
 
Me either.

Just got off the phone with the ERT and all he could tell me is that my order is still being processed...... Like I didn't already know that!!!!!!!:mad::mad::mad::mad: Now he's calling around to see if he can find me an 6 Plus and have them hold it until I pick it up. I'm upset
 
in other news...so sad to her about the loss of Spaceship 2 today, thoughts are with the family of the brave pilot that lost his life
 
Guessing theres no information on my order since i got nothing when i typed my info in.

me either, I do know it works though, my fiance just got a replacement for his note 3 (t-mobile), and it worked as expected using his phone # as the reference # :(
