Goodmorning MacRumorers..... Any good news for anyone? Because I sure don't have any. My ship date is supposed to be on or before 10/31/2014 and I haven't seen a thing happen yet. But we'll see. It's not the end of they day yet. :apple:

Nothing....nada...I am having order canceling remorse.........sigh.....at least I have the new order number, or I would be really going nuts. My new order still doesn't show up in "My T-Mobile" unless I manually type in the number, the old order just sits there looking at me...taunting me.....wagging its craggy finger at me....

Sooooo...are you going to call someone today? Maybe today is the day they will actually find you a phone J2funny?
 
On or before 10/31, huh? I guess I'll have to wait on my ERT call because I have no movement whatsoever.

This cluster**** has been an emotional rollercoaster lol
 
I've been following this thread for a week and a half. I order my 6 SG 64gb on the 24th, and got the same result as many here, ships in December. So last night, around 9 pm I called tmo and cancelled my order. I then ordered the 6 SG 128gb with next day shipping. I woke up this morning with a shipping confirmation email. The funny thing is that Tmobile's website said that my order was going to be delivered today during the ordering process. A few days ago it said 4 to 7 days to ship when I tried to order a 128gb.

I'm calling the ERT because they sent me an email with their direct extension and told me to give them a call. So I will see what they have to say
 
Jason keeps on cutely dodging my requests for his email or extension. Today is the day. I know they've already given me a WHOLE bunch of credits, that's great. Even a loaner. But 16GB doesn't give me ****** in terms of space. Tomorrow's my daughter's 6th birthday party and I'm going to be running in and out of the house unloading the damn iPhone to make room for more pics and video.
 
got a call from Jason today, said everything still looks the same that i should be getting the phone on or before 11/10

Just missed my ERT's call. Was on a conference call.

Same BS. "No changes on my 11/6 date. We are working hard to get your phone. We are receiving daily shipments from Apple. Blah. Blah. Blah. BS. BS. BS. BS. We will call again on Tuesday with status updates. More BS."

What's the point of leaving a freaking VM if you're not going to leave a number to reach you at? What if I have some questions?

I just called him back with the info provided a few posts up and I get his voice mail, and it says he's out of office. Until Nov. 3rd. LOL.
 
Another 8 planes flying to Louisville. Seems like they are much more consistent this week in flights- 8 planes a day for the past several days, as opposed to 2-8 from last week... could bode well for future shipments?
 
For anyone canceling their order and getting the 128gb, keep the ERT on the phone until you confirm everything is correct on the EIP before you sign it. It's been said here before but I didn't do it. :mad: Now my order is wrong and it's getting delivered today. Instead of the 6plus it's the regular 6. I waited 6 weeks for the plus :( but I give up, I'm keeping that 6.
 
I just got off of the phone with customer service just making sure my phone is still shipping today being as my order status says:

"Awaiting shipments from Apple. Expected ship date on or before 10/31"

The CSR informed me that they received an inventory update from Apple at 10:30am this morning and it's not good. It looks like my phone will NOT be shipping today as it says it will. I guess T-Mo didn't get enough of my model to ship them. I'm so dissappointed but he did say that I should be looking for an email with a tracking number on Monday and I will receive the phone on Tuesday. I said well how is the phone going to be delivered in 1 day when I have only ground shipping? He responded and said well since we promised you the expected shipping date of 10/31 and we cannot deliver on that promise, UPS will upgrade you to "expedited delivery". We'll see how everything goes..

Did you get specifics? (what all didn't arrive- is everything backordered, or just the plusses?) Just wondering if that will create a domino effect on other ship dates.

hate to repeat 3rd party bad news but some one over at the official t-mobile order thread is stating that their delivery date was today and now being told mid November
