This is such bull crap. I swear. I spoke with an ert Thursday night and he assured me that my phone will ship on 11/01 which is my estimated date is get my phone. Ordered 9/20 6+ silver 64gb BTW. Well guess what? I go and check my status and what does say? 11/13?!!! This is the worst process ever. I'm really considering canceling my order and just go with the Sony Xperia Z3 but no T-Mobile doesn't have the white color. Plus I already have 3 cases and screen protector and iPad wall charger for the 6+. So I guess I'll wait. I'm not even excited anymore. When I get my phone I'll probably just give it a mean stare

While Apple is to be blamed because honestly I believe they do this on purpose to make people want it even more. They then launch in however many other countries without fulfilling orders in countries they launched in first, and I believe that has definitely played a huge role in why our orders have been pushed back. Now ultimately I do put most of the blame on T-Mobile and here is why. As a business owner who lives on deadlines with every job I do, if I tell a customer of mine I will get it done in say 6 weeks, and 6 weeks comes by and the job is not complete because I am still waiting for my supplier to send me parts and hardware...who do you think takes the blame? I do, my customer can give two sh@?! about my supplier issues they want the job done in the time I told them. Now at that point it is my job to go to my supplier and rip into them on why it is taking too long, I threaten not to use them again and so on and next thing you know they fix the issue and I get the parts and supplies the next day....because ultimately I have the leverage because without me (and other companies like me) my supplier has no product to sell. This is the same for T mobile (and the other carriers) they need to step up to Apple and tell them they will not launch another phone if the wait is more than 5 weeks and that most orders have to be fulfilled before you do a second string of launches in other countries. If I ordered on 9/19 and still don't have a phone in my hand tell me how someone in China gas theirs? The carriers need to demand apple fulfill orders in order as well as meet demand or they will not launch the phone, because without the carriers Apple has no phone to sell. These carriers are instead intimidated by Apple so they let them do whatever they want like launching to another country that has over a bullion people before you've evn fulfilled the original orders. Also if Apple is having an issue with the devices they need to stop being so prideful and admit it....I read he other day that Bell in Canada told thier customers that shipments of IPhones were halted and will resume shortly...why? That tells me there is an issue Apple is trying to fix secretly...that's just me. Ultimately T mobile (and other carriers) should of known better and made sure and questioned apple on their supply, they should of never launched a phone that would take 3 months to get, they need to grow some balls and demand **** from Apple.

Makes me wonder if TMO has any service level agreements in its contracts with Apple.

Well, here's a happier story.

I happened to take a look at the local Apple store today, saw three iPhone 6 64GB (two gold, one silver, exactly what I wanted), bought them, and cancelled my in-store T-Mobile order.

The store is helping me still get the ETF reimbursement deal by selling me three $30 cheap phones, so that works out fine.

There, done. The order with T-Mobile was still at least a week out.

Crazy that these are available in the Apple store but T-Mobile is so backordered...

And! These are actually unlocked, which will be great for travel. Yay!

Good luck to the rest of you. Hope you get good news too.

I caved. After two wrong orders through an authorized tmo dealer and wasted about a month of useless waiting, I just ordered a iPhone 6+ 128Gb Gold and will ship on 11/4 with an order date of 11/1. :)

I ordered my iPhone SG 64GB phone on 10/07. The "ship on or before" date as moved three times from 10/17 to 11/18. The status changed last night from 11/18 to 11/10. Good news, I guess!

Just had similar luck. Grabbed a 128GB SG 6Plus in Apple Store to replace the 64GB model I ordered on 9/19. My wife is going to take TMO up on the offer to switch her 64GB SL 6Plus for a 128GB Gold. Only downfall now is that I promised her I would wait to open mine until she gets hers shipped.

Contacted CSR about my iPhone SG 128GB order placed on 10/28. Explained I was told it would ship in 1 day and be here by 10/29. Also explained people who ordered this very device the very next day, already have theirs. Here is the response:
Thanks for waiting. I can see here through this link: https://explore.t-mobile.com/order-status. Order status as of 10/31/2014: Order Number: 215xxxxxx Item: Apple iPhone 6 - Space Gray - 128GB Status: Awaiting more shipments from Apple. Expected ship date on or before 11/10/2014. Once we are able to complete your order, you will receive a notification via e-mail or text when your product(s) have shipped. We do apologize for the inconvenience this might have caused you. Do you have any additional questions I can answer for you?

Pretty much useless asking question at this point.

my credit card was just charged :)
ordered 9/20/14
iphone 6 + SG 64gb
original ship date 11/01/14 pushed to 11-13-14 last night
so there is hope.

Good luck to you guys. I'm rocking the 128gb gold since yesterday. Less than 12hrs from shipping. I'd say Jason is the man.

my wife is already irritated to me as I can't stop using this phone lol

So, anyone that cancelled their backordered iPhone original order still have that order showing up in your "My T-Mobile"?

My old, canceled order is all that shows, I have to manually type in my new order # to check the status, and under "Account History" under the "View all alerts and activity" area also only shows my old order, nothing in the list for my new order...

I also got two status update emails today, both on my old, canceled order...

Anyone else see this also?

I finally got my 6+ SG but in 128 instead of 64. It was not from TMO. I got fed up after waiting over a month with no updates on when it will be shipped.

I found a Verizon 6+ SG 128GB in stock at a Apple store and got it. Pop my TMO SIM in and it works great.

Found a Verizon with a contract?

so my ERT put in the order on wednesday for the gold 128 G+ and ill get my phone delivered monday.

This morning my original order of SG 64 6+ shipped today. Hope my ERT can just mail the 64 SG straight to J2Funny.

Finally received a tracking number! Ordered an iPhone 6 plus space gray 64gb "unicorn" on September 17th in store. Expected ship date was 10/29... There is hope! I hope you all get your phones soon and this crazy/unnecessary journey comes to an end for us all!

No contract. Apple store sells the Verizon 6 + device only.

What a lot of people don't realize, even the Geniuses, is that the Verizon 6/6+ are the same exact ones as the ATT and TMO 6/6+. But the Verizon is unlocked whether you buy from Apple or Verizon. Verizon store will not sell the phone to you if you're not a Verizon customer.
