Just got called. They said maximum two more weeks for 64g 6+ silver. They paid off my bill this month in return. He said that they didn't even have any 128g to change to, and they had ship times just as far out. He also said that they were supposed to receive a huge shipment from apple recently, but for some reason Apple held it back and didn't ship it out. Wonder what that was for.
 
Hi guys.

Credit card just got charged today for my 64 GB space grey plus. ERT said I should expect my phone Monday or Tuesday. I asked about the push back and she said the system is not showing information correctly. Hope others have gotten movement as well!
 
Finally got charged. I got a text message around 6pm EST saying my device has shipped. Just when I was about to buy the phone off of amazon. Whew.

anyways, looking forward to never ordering a phone from t-mobile again haha
 
How come everybody is getting their phones shipped except me? Like I ordered on the 19. Grrrrrrr. Got nothing form ERT. Useless.
 
Just posting the end of my PLUS saga.... apple store had a 128 and 64 in gold and silver also had a 16gig space gray..... decided to go for the gold 128 gig.... called t-mobile cancelled my order.... I am actually liking the gold but apple did say if they got the space grey in in the next 14 days they would be happy to swap it out...... anyway I freed up a 64gig for some unfortunate soul here today :)

btw my kavaj dallas is a perfect fit and the gold looks great in contrast with the black leather..... i wonder if you ever break your screen if they will put a black face on it for you :)
 
So after picking up the 128GB SG 6+ at the Apple Store I have also been charged for a phone that must now be ready to now ship. Guessing it is the 64GB SG. The wife said she would be happy with the SG versus the ordered SL so maybe this long journey is finally coming to an end.

Here's hoping everyone gets good news soon.
 
So I received a text about my 9/18 64gb SG + order saying that they were unable to process the payment with the card provided.... The funny thing is I paid for it instore when I made the preorder. So I'm waiting for my ERT to see what's going on with that. I would be livid but the 128 gold plus he offered to send me already has a tracking number. Does anyone know how long it usually takes after the label is created??

As everyone here has been through the same issue I also order a IPhone 6 Plus 64GB through Jump on 09/19 and yesterday i also got the bad news that my phone won't ship for another two weeks. Before that i sent an email to ERT and they promise me i would receive my phone by 10/31 like everyone else here that didn't happen! I got so upset that I cancel the order look through a couple of Apple Stores in my area and bought a 128GB IPhone 6 Plus Gold I know demand is high for this Phone I blame Apple and T-Mobile for underestimating this situation i want to wish everyone waiting the best of luck i hope you get your Phone soon....I couldn't wait anymore......it would have been 8 weeks waiting on a phone and to me that a no no.....

You slide your card at the store but won't charge it until it ships. I ordered 9/19 and my card just got charged today for my 6 plus SG 64gb, received my tracking soon after being charged.
 
Im a little sad about not being able to cancel right now. They told me to wait for the order to get here and reject the package, but my phone hasn't been shipped out yet, and i haven't been charged. I kind of lost the excitement for it, and my friend got his phone before me, space grey 6 + 64GB model.

I just want to cancel my order and pay full price upfront at the apple store.

You just made me check my account to see about the order that I placed on 9/20 for the plus 64 GB SG and hell yeah! I was charged too! They did the back date to the 13th on me too and I was about to have some words! I'm starting to get my excitement back!
 
I am switching from AT&T to T-Mobile and have ordered a 6+ SG 128gb. Have had an 11/15 ship date for awhile now. There are 6+ SG 128gb phones with AT&T available for immediate pick up at Apple stores near me. It's making me question my switch.

I don't understand the logistics of having phones waiting to be purchased in stores when there are people who have ordered the phones waiting for them to be delivered. Wouldn't a happy person who has already ordered be better than a potential walk in?

My store let me cancel. I think they can cancel if they want to, but maybe their policy is to dissuade you by saying you have to go to the trouble of waiting for the shipment. Perhaps because I walked into the store with an Apple bag full of new phones...

Or, maybe it's just the person you talk to. Mine said I made a better choice because the phones I bought were already unlocked.
 
Very long-time lurker on here. Here's my story:

Ordered two 6+ 64GB Gold on launch day 9/19 in store for my wife and I. Found this thread that same weekend. After a week of no phone, I followed some of your advice and emailed John Legere. Received a phone call from ERT the next day. They offered apologies and paid off my bill that month ($190).

Been getting calls from Jason every 3 days since early October giving me "updates." Like many of you, online status had a shipping date of "on or before 10/31." Of course, that came and went this past Friday.

Like some of you, I asked about the 6+ 128GB Gold and Jason said he could take off $50 each phone (I asked for more but he said they had already paid off my bill). I agreed, and I placed the order at 3:00pm on Friday. At 9:00pm Friday, I received an email with a tracking number from T-mobile saying the phones had shipped. They will be here tomorrow Monday by 3:00pm.

The online status on my other two phones says "on or before 11/13." What a joke...

My credit card was charged last night. I got a shipping notification from T-Mo, then UPS sent me an email this morning that delivery will be tomorrow morning.
 
Ohhh, and about two hours after my credit card was charged, I got an email from T-Mo saying that my estimated ship date was 11/11. So those dates are pretty much pure BS. I had even sent another scathing email to the ERT team and John Legere. A different ERT called back and he was worse than useless, talked about how they had no control over inventory, they'd send it as soon as they could. Then I told him my credit card was charged and he was a little stunned. He said the credit card doesn't get charged until it's already out of T-Mo's hands and with UPS.

Basically, they had no clue what the hell was going on.

Wow..so you still don't know when its coming??? Did you search UPS?
