I spoke with an ERT on Friday and she told me my order was put in 9/29, but I signed the EIP agreement 9/19. I don't understand how it didn't go through till the 29th. I still haven't got charged for anything.
 
Same with me. I was fired up when I finally saw the charge on Saturday morning. Knowing my luck with T-Mobile I am still a little worried since I have not gotten my tracking yet as I am leaving on Wednesday for 3 weeks. Congrats to those that got charged Saturday and are getting theirs today. I wish I was one of you!

What shipping did you pay for?
 
Verizon iPhone 6/6 Plus are unlocked and work on TMO. I believe they are the same exact models. Wifi calling works also.

I think Verizon, ATT, TMO all have the same model iPhone 6/6 Plus. But Verizon one is unlocked no matter where you buy it from.

The response was to the question if wifi calling would work on other networks. Although you are using wifi, the calls uses hits the mobile tower in some odd way. The answer is no as this is a feature exclusive to the TMO carrier. Sorta like FaceTime over cellular. It is a feature that , must be made available by the carrier.

Speaking of which, any reports on FaceTime NOT working over cellular with any carrier!
 
While I do not have my phones yet I did have the ERT who I was in contact with last week get back to me today as promised. He was able to place an order for new phones (keeping the old order open). He put them in separate orders so one wouldn't hold up another if availability was short.
What I finally got was waived down payment (please note that when people say they get their down payment waived it means the down payment amount is deferred to the bill.) They also will credit me for three months of service and free next day shipping.
I would say that if this new order (or the old one) ships within the week I will be satisfied.

What phones did you order? Pending the phones that could determine when you get them. If you ordered back in September then it seems like you'll be getting yours soon. But if you ordered last month then it may be the same delivery time for both orders. Did you change anything on the newer order?
 
Ordered my iPhone 6 64gb space gray on october 11th and got a pending charge on cc nov 3. Hopefully this is good news!

I'm also in a the same situation. Ordered 4 days before you and got charged for my iPhone 6 64Gb Silver. Maybe Apple is finally releasing more product and may be catching up to the demand.

I ordered two iPhone 6 Gold 64gb the same day as the guy you quoted and I still havn't got charged yet. Maybe it is only the SG and Silver ones with supply
 
What shipping did you pay for?

I ordered it with overnight shipping. My call from the ERT just now didn't instill confidence that I will get it before I leave and I'm kind of heated :mad:. She said "great news look like we have your phone set to go out within 24-48 hours". 24-48 hours? Just ship the damn thing already! They should have send it Saturday morning when I got charged like the other's that are getting theirs today. I explained my situation again and she in a round about way explained once its prepared for shipping there isn't much they could do. She didn't even have a tracking number she could give. How come there is no rhyme or reason to how they do things? If two people get charged on Saturday morning for the same product. What makes one ship and one get held back? I don't get it......

Get a hold of a ert and they have the ability to cancel your order without having to wait the 72hr cancel request. I just spoke to my ert Hope Lee and she canceled it and a few mins later my cancelation came through from T-Mobile
 
talked to Jason again today, everything is still the same, should be delivered by 11/10, however if my 2nd order (128gb Silver) ships first then the previous order will be cancelled

will hear back from Jason on the 6th (scheduled delivery date for the silver model)
 
Just got off the phone with a T-Mobile rep (not the ERT rep who usually calls me though) saying that it would be another 1-2 weeks for me, but they gave me another $50 credit.

Has anyone here recieved their phone without getting a tracking number first? Charged early Saturday morning and still no text/email/call with regards to shipping or tracking.
 
Well, i just got off the phone with a representative. Pretty much they told me the same thing from the last time i spoke to a rep. They just said that it was going to take 6-8 weeks from the day the order was processed and i ordered on 9/28 and it was processed on 9/30. So it seems i just might get my phone at the end of November or even the beginning of December.

This is starting to be too long of a waiting game with uncertainty.

Ill be going to T-mobile tomorrow to cancel my order. At this point the excitement is lost, and the Nexus 6 is starting to look more like an appealing phone.

I have not gotten any confirmation they have cancelled my order for the 64gig space grey since I picked up the 128 gold plus from the apple store.....truth is I could happily live with the gold but still prefer a black face....... soon I am just keeping tabs on stock at my local apple store..... if they get a black one in or if t-mobile ships the other then I will most likely just return the gold.....I have 12 days left for that to happen but if it does not Im still happy....yall are going to love the plus....it is a large device but the screen is better, the battery life is better and the camera is better so for me I will have no regrets

btw was doing some comparisons between the 6 plus and my wifes 6 this morning.... color temperature is different... if you were switching temps on a tv the regular 6 would be cool and the 6 plus would be warm.... which to my eyes makes the regular 6 more of an arctic white while the 6 plus leans toward yellow..... people have different preferences in this regard so it should be a consideration because you can't change it

has anyone seen any detailed reviews of the screens? I would be interested to know how they measure.....from a home theater perspective 6500 kelvin is the ideal.... I would guess the plus is closer but suspect it is over

Well just an update:

Ordered a 64GB SG nonplus on 10/11 after hell of preorder problems
Ordered a 128GB SG on 10/28 since they said it would ship in 1 day
128GB never arrived, no info, just backorder
64GB...well, I got charged this morning for the downpayment. Called my ERT Will, and he checked. Said it is in motion to be shipped today. So I am now awaiting tracking. Then cancel the 128GB.

CSR can cancel your order ASAP...I just got off the phone with them since my old order hadn't been canceled yet, and my new order wasn't showing up in my My T-Mobile.

15 minutes after getting off the phone with them, my old order was canceled in my account...they can do it, you just have to talk to the right people...

I was told since so many people canceled their orders for the 64gb, they have an 8 day backlog on order cancellations...
 
does anybody know what is the last time that ups delivers? my package has been on vehicle six 6 am :/ I'm getting worried that they won't deliver it!
 
called CSR and talked to a supervisor again and i got credited another $50 so i should have a free month billing and on top of that she also said if my ship date of next week dose not say anything she will credit me again.
