Are they the same color? What do you plan on using your phone for primarily? That could determine which one is the one to go with. I'm using mine for photography primarily, which is why I kept the 128 instead of going back to the 64gb.

I'm a college student (chemist). Let's see... I keep usually about 10GB of music with me, I sometimes use Garageband for tinkering. But the rest of my stuff would be apps (mostly productive stuff, and 1 or 2 games for passing time), iWork and stuff just to do work. Don't take a ton of pictures.
 
So... now both my 64GB and 128GB are arriving today. I said whichever one arrived first, I would keep. Now I have no clue which I want to keep :( Got $130 in credit so far. Gonna be a tough decision

With $130 in credit, I would be keeping the 128! That's like a free upgrade ;)
 
I would keep both, switch the screens on them so you have a black front with gold on the back and sell the other one.

Supposedly going to ship out by tomorrow, but I just don't see it happening. CSR wouldn't upgrade my shipping (said he couldn't), but got a credit for JUMP I am paying for, for a phone I don't have, and free shipping (big deal). It is so irritating that on the T-Mobile site, if you choose gold in the 6+ 128gb size, that it is in stock, but yet here I wait...nothing....nada, zip....

And I cannot believe you still haven't gotten your phone yet! :mad:

i ordered 10/9 (6 SG 64gb). My date has bounced back and fourth and now set at on or before 11/9.
Credit card on 11/2 but no notice from TMo or UPS. However, I went to UPS my choice and have a delivery date of 11/5 (by end of day). I am not sure why TMo didn't send a notice (or UPS) but I'm hopeful that tomorrow will be the day.

While I understand the frustration with the long delays, I don't understand those who say they are going to switch to something else (Android of choice). Either you want and prefer the iPhone hardware and iOS or you don't. The wait shouldn't matter. If I had it to do over again, I would have just bought it directly from Apple but I would tolerate the delay in any event because Android is just not an option for me under any circumstances.

Yea I know. T-Mobile needs to get there shyt in order. And my date says on or before the 9th, so I'm just trying to be patient. I was trying to cancel and just go to the store to get a 6 until the 6 Pluses came out of backorder but it's like the freaking ERT wouldn't let me :mad:

Did you use JUMP? How would they not let you cancel? How have other people gotten the 6+ 128gb gold, and you have a delivery of 11/9??? I just don't get it...what the frack is going on?!?! :mad:

How can you walk into an Apple store right now, and buy the phone, and T-Mobile can't get any stock??? Did they forget to send Apple a check or something?!?! At this point, I may as well have just kept my original order.....ridiculous.....
 
Well my 64GB is out for delivery, and the 128GB should arrive tonight. May just stick with 64.
For those of you still waiting, I really do hope you receive some good news soon. It would be nice for this entire chaotic event to be over. Good luck everyone!

I woke up to a pending charge on my debit card.

Expected shipping date: Tomorrow, 11/5
No shipping notifications yet. The money shows deducted but it says pending. Ordered 10/22 16G SG
 
Got charged early Saturday morning. Just got a TMobile email saying charge went through yesterday. Paid for overnight shipping and still no freaking tracking number. I tried tracking it with my phone number like TMobile tells you to and there is nothing to be found per UPS website. I'm getting frustrated! Should have at least sent it yesterday. It should be in my hands today. Now I get to stress about if I will get it before I leave for the airport tomorrow or not.....

Mine arrived last night. Had a VERY interesting long call with an exec (not an ERT) at 9pm last night. Went on for almost 30 minutes. Nothing for him to do, since he called me on my new phone, but he wanted my opinion on what our perception was of things that went wrong and what they could do next year to improve the process. He gave me is name and phone number and if I ever ever ever need anything at all, any help with an order, I'm to call him directly. I did warn him that a lot of his ERT's were useless and that they were frustrating people more than ever, but that T-Mo had also kicked ass over AT&T and Verizon with the customer service (credits, loaner phones, etc).

Every Time you email John Legere, he actually reads it and forwards it onto the appropriate person he thinks will handle your problem. I sent another email with 12 screen shots on Friday night and the guy that called me last night was forwarded that email by Legere.

Honestly, I was pretty shocked by the phone call. There was nothing to be gained on my end, he just wanted some information and my thoughts on the issue.

Yes it is!!! You should be getting your tracking info either tonight or tomorrow. Are you signed up with UPS My Choice? If so, you will usually get an email from them first saying a package is coming your way. Congrats!

Interesting how they call after you receive the phone. I too got a call from the exec office and they too told me the same thing. Maybe they can give something for all the hassle we dealt with

Nope. Sorry to burst your bubble but I saw the same charge on my card yesterday but when I called to confirm they told me it was still backordered and wouldn't be shipping until December. They told me they would be refunding my card and giving me a bill credit for my first month.

I see the iPhone 6 Plus as being available for pickup from some Apple stores in my area today - my question is, as a new T-Mobile customer, is there any way I can order the phone for pickup through the site without paying the full price upfront? I didn't see an option on the site for that.

If this happens to me I'm going to lose my $#!t!!! When did you place your original order and for what phone. Did you talk to an ERT or regular CS rep? CS reps can only see what we see as far as a status update on when we should be getting our phones.

Ok this is the weirdest thing ever. I must have only spoken to a regular CS rep because I literally just got an email saying my phone has shipped (128 GB SG 6 Plus) complete with UPS tracking number? So maybe it really is happening?

BTW, what is an ERT?

She ordered the 6+ 128GB Gold. When she ordered it, it was 4-7 days shipping timeframe. I'm pretty sure her pending charge is because they are shipping out the phone today or tomorrow. She'll update us soon!
