This has been the worst phone ordering experience ever. Ordered 10/7. Shipped 12/5 to CA. Tracking is showing it's at the local hub less than an hour away. Was supposed to be delivered yesterday but is now showing a delay due to high package volume. Worst experience ever.

Go pick it up...

Go pick it up...

I would but I don't think it's allowed until first delivery attempt & why should I waste my gas & time to drive an hour out. And even then.. It was at a local hub here near San Francisco and now all of a sudden it's at a Los Angeles hub departing to come back this way. :|

Item: Apple iPhone 6 Plus - Space Gray - 128GB
Status: Awaiting more shipments from Apple. Expected to ship between 12/22/2014 and 01/05/2015

Ordered in October...

I had actually canceled my original 10/12 order, had a change of heart, and ordered it again (same phone model) Friday night. It shipped via overnight UPS, and I should have my phone tomorrow!

For those that had to return their order. How long was it until you received your refund? After my return arrived at their return center on Nov. 14th, and after many calls, I just got a confirmation text that they received my return today. -_-

:D

So happy it moved forward. ERT even called. I really don't want the gold model.

6+ 128 SG.....shipping time IMPROVED! The most recent expected ship dates are 12/20 - 12/27 when the prior expected ship date was 1/1 - 1/10 or something like that. Looking good!

Can someone confirm if I can request rush shipping from T-Mobile since my original expected ship date was 12/1?

You won't be able to get rush shipment. I tried and only way is reordering and canceling your original order.

My T-Mobile order is direct with Apple and there is a bump while I champ at the bit for its arrival. I get the Apple email stating at "your shipment is on its way" and that it "delivers on Dec. 18th 2014 by next day shipping." It comes with a link to track it with. I click it. UPS delivery states differently. That I have an origin scan today, the 17th, and that I can expect delivery by Friday, the 19th, by end of day. To me, that is a second day delivery, not a next day delivery.

So, I go to Apple's site and find that there are only so many canned options to click. None include being able to contact a human to see what the hell happened that I'm not getting next day delivery,

Sold my AT&T 6 plus and paid the device off to get out of my NEXT plan. I'm getting a 6 plus with T-Mobile.

With everything that I've read, it makes it seem as though I'd be better off buying full price from Apple than attempting to order it from T-Mobile.

Would that be consistent with many of your opinions, having gone through this process personally?

You guys that are waiting may want to try your local store. I had a 6 Plus 64gb SG on order since the end of October. Ship date is beginning of January. Stopped in the local t-mobile store (metro-Detroit) to grab a case for a friend and asked out of curiosity if they had any in stock. They did! They were able to cancel my existing order and I walked out with the 6 Plus, 64gb in SG. Wish I would have tried to store earlier rather than waiting all this time.

6+ 128 SG originally ordered on 10/20, with an estimated delivery date of 12/1, then moved to 12/1 - 12/15, then to 12/20 - 12/31, then to 1/1 - 1/10, then back to 12/20 - 12/27.

This morning, 12/19, my credit card got charged by T-Mobile! Hopefully it'll ship tomorrow.....woohoo finally!

Nice! I got an email about 30 minutes ago notifying it's been shipped with UPS. Don't know my delivery date yet because it hasn't populated. It most likely won't happen, but it would be awesome if it's delivered by the 23rd, because I leave town on that day and won't be back until the 2nd of January.

Yup got my email too.

P.S.: I'm a huge A7X fan.

Nice! A7X is my favorite band of all time, and Syn Gates is the reason I picked up a guitar. They're great live, the best show I've seen of them was their free album release concert for Hail to the King at the Hollywood Palladium...very small and intimate show. Sucked a little though because I didn't know any songs from the new album at the time! However, I will maintain that Slayer is my #1 favorite live act.

I agree, I've seen them six times. I didn't make the Palladium show at the time thought :/. When is your estimated delivery date? Due to Christmas I'm at 12/29.

The UPS truck route makes no sense to me whatsoever. I had a package that went from a place closer to me all the way to Fresno and back. No sense.

May I ask why you just didn't pay off the AT&T Next 6+ and unlock it instead? (I really want to know lol).

Yep, same. Originating in Louisville, KY.

T-Mobile has definitely (for whatever reason) had a problem keeping up with demand...

It's actually Apple who's had a problem keeping up with demand. T-Mobile can only disperse what Apple has provided them. AT&T and Verizon pre-orders are just as bad.....look on their threads.

T-Mobile customers can do the Equipment Installment Plan in the Apple Stores as well. We got two 128GB 6plusses and a 64GB iPhone 6 this way.
