6+ 64gb SG on 10/8

actually just got off the phone with a manager who said according to them with orders i should have gotten it 3 weeks ago, he has no clue why i havent yet, but would personally find out whats going on and get back to me friday, so here's hoping. I wish since 128's are available they would just do a free upgrade for my trouble

The 128GB is available? Where did you find out? That's what I ordered, 6+ SG and have been waiting since October and estimated delivery is 12/15 - 12/31

You should request that upgrade. If they don't give it to you, ask for $100 in credit towards your down payment for the trouble. Just keep calling til you get it because that's what I did. some reps at night are from Asia and they don't have authority to give discounts/credit. Best time to call is in the morning.
 
...aaaaand the iPhone 6 plus that was supposed to be cancelled when I cancelled my service with T-Mobile last month shipped today....wait, the tracking number shows it was already delivered to my job. Ha.

Double status finally went away...

My card was declined because I put in the wrong one but I called CS about two days ago and got it cleared up with another, working card.

My order status says cancelled for some reason but when I go to the iPhone 6 estimate website, it says it should ship on or before 12/07/14?? :confused:

I went to TMobile this past week and ordered new service (switching from Verizon) and had no idea until now how awful it seems to be to try to get an iPhone 6 (ordered a 16g silver) from them. Had I known I would have gone to Apple straight up. Now I am debating whether or not to go back to TMobile and "undo"/cancel what I did and start over at Apple? As of now my estimated ship date is 12/7-12/14. I'm hoping it stays that way but I have a feeling it could be a month or more before I see this phone if I wait it out. If I did cancel will Apple offer the same TMobile promotions I got? Suggestions?

With it only being a 16gb and a regular 6 you shouldn't have any delays. It's those that order 64gb (all colors) and 128gb (sg & silver) that are having the issue. Unless you are looking to pay for the phone upfront I recommend looking into your local T-Mobile store and seeing if they have the color you want in stock since most sites only carry 16gb 6 & 6+

I did my set up in store and they had none in stock. Maybe another store does but the particular one I went to didn't. :(

You could try that but they'ed make you cancel the original order before buying it at the new store. Fyi they were having a free upgrade deal (upgrade from the 16gb to the 64gb for free) that's always a option if they make you cancel and reorder again.
 
So to go off earlier in the thread I posted how peeved I was about T Mobile. It turns out that they were shipping both a 6+ and 6 at the same time and they weren't getting any in at the same time to ship at the same time because the ones we chose were so popular. Weird but it's whatever.

My dad cancelled the orders last night and we were going to go to the Apple store today so we could get my brother his 6 and me my 6+. My dad just got a call 5 minutes ago from T Mobile telling us our phones have been shipped and they will be here tomorrow or at the very latest Tuesday.

Just glad to be tired of this debacle. I wonder if they tried to get our phones shipped so we wouldn't end up cancelling. Probably should've tried cancelling sooner. But oh well.

Now if my phone comes bent or something is wrong with it...may God have mercy on T Mobile's soul
 
Well I went to the Apple Store this afternoon. I would have had no problem canceling my initial order and resign up through them. However, they will have to run your credit again. The last thing I want to do is take a hit to my credit just bc I want my phone sooner.
Meantime, I got an email update today from TMobile and they continue to tell me my order should be shipped next week. The guy I spoke to at the Apple Store said I shouldn't have a problem getting mine in the time frame TMobile told me bc of the model I want. Guess it's just a waiting game now... :(

Unless your buying a house or something that you need a pristine credit score for in the very near future, I wouldn't worry too much about them running your credit again...
 
Just checked my status and my ship date has been moved up to on or before 12/9.... Trying to stay patient....
 
ok so after having ordered my 6+ SG 64 on 10/8, i got charged late wednesday night, in the hours between when my rent was paid and my job deposited my check, so i had insufficient funds. Tmobile canceled my order. After getting very angry, and talking to a tmobile rep for a bit, i went to an apple store that happened to have what i wanted in stock, and walked out 30 min later with my phone. The tmobile rep was nice enough to give me a one time $50 credit and a recurring $10 credit for six months. all in all it was a pain but im happy to have my phone.
 
My label has been made for 2 days now, still not shipped ?? How long does this usually take?
What I was told is unless you expedited your shipping it can take another 10-12 days after you are told it has shipped for it to actually arrive. Pathetic really but that's how it goes I guess. Note to self my next upgrade will be through the Apple store directly that's for sure. This is a joke.
