Good to know! I was curious when I would get the return label/package.

I work for T-Mobile corporate and we were always told if you did keep and switch you don’t qualify for device promotions until 90 days has passed.

The T-Mobile website right now is running a promotion where you can do BOTH at the same time.

This is what is on the FAQ page:

They would be shipping with 18, likely 18.0, and there might be a small 18.0.X day 1 update that the phone will need to do prior to you going through the setup process.

That is what I am hoping... both of ours are on 18 now.

oh no, literally saw UPS and he said there was too many packages and they couldn’t organize all of them. he referred me to the warehouse to pick the item up instead. i googled the location and it says it’s permanently closed. still going to go though will update back.

My experience has been weird. I wasn't able to upgrade at all yesterday using my yearly upgrade benefit. Today it let me use it but would get stuck so I just called them and they were able to do it. The site is still jacked. I'd give them a call and do it that way. Just be warned, it's a process lol

It looks like T-Mobile finally fixed the website. Go5G Next accounts can upgrade to the iPhone 16 Pro Max and verify trade in on the site. The entire preorder week the app and website would get stuck at verifying trade in and the site would not proceed to the next page.

i’m at the domain just reserved a time slot for 3:45 going to return the t-mobile one since it wont be delivered until tomorrow and i don’t wanna wait.

Same. I definitely kept the box that the new phone came in though and just put the old one in the bubble mailer then in that box and slapped the label on. I definitely was not about to risk that phone getting damaged before it can get back to them. LOL

Mine has not left the UPS hub nor loaded onto the truck.

Mine finally got here! Got the desert 256gb had the white 1tb but I had only used 90gb of storage so it was overkill and 256gb should be fine. Didn’t want to spend so much this time. Also I am still on magnetta max plan so I didn’t get the trade in deal. I just sold my 15 pro max and am shipping it out today. At the end of the month I’m going to the new go plan so in the future I get the promotions. Anyway love the new color and getting it all set up plus my new Apple Watch 10. I had the ultra 2 but never wore it because it was really big and bulky on me. So happy to have the new 46mm Apple Watch 10.

I hate that I am literally the very last stop on the UPS route!! I don't get deliveries until 8-9pm!!
