I got another text with the tracking info saying that the delivery estimate is 9/21. I really would love to get it that day, but realize that I probably won't...

I've never done the preorder thing, so I was really excited until I came here and read that they will make UPS hold them :/

6S+ Just updated my post with a screenshot

Yeah sadly Apple would never allow customers from a carrier to receive their phones 5 days before official release and 5 days before nay customers that ordered straight from apple to receive them

My account on My T-Mobile says my device shipped, but I don't see a tracking number. Since I'm in NYC, I'm thinking I'll get it a week from this Monday.

Wait, there's a pending charge on my CC for the right amount! Maybe you'll be in luck too, Chino303!
Yeah... Now for some reason Chase is saying that "As of 09/19/2015 (3:52 PM ET)" I have no pending charges. Their system seems to be in maintenance.

It's all part of a complot, so I never see changes on my acct until the phone is at my doorstep.

Well just checked out the UPS tracking page and the address its shipping to is "My name" Tacoma Wa 98422.

So basically Tmobile screwed up the shipping address...

Can you use the UPS 'Change Delivery' option to redirect the package to the proper address?

Nevermind, it was glitch or something I called mobile and they said shipping address looked correct on their end. I checked UPS and now displays correctly

hey I apologize asking this so late in the game but what's the significance to our order numbers?

would someone mind explaining what makes a better number than another? thanks!

I DMd them on the 15th and they said the promotion was over :/.

I just DMed them and said I was never offered the promo. They said they'd honor the promo but I'd lose my place in line and my phone would be delayed. I'm hoping that I'll be able to use Jump! On Demand to upgrade the memory in a month or two.

Some of the numbers we've been seeing makes it look like no direct correlation.

Ordered a total of 4 iPhone 6S +. All have the same "shipped by 9/24" BS and are "processing" from inside my account.
Now they send me two generic emails with no order numbers or anything:

"Thanks for your iPhone order. We anticipate shipping your order number by 9/24/2015.

We'll send status updates as we continue to process your order, including a tracking number once it's ready to ship. Our goal is to keep you informed as we work toward getting your order shipped. Please note that your shipping estimate may change if we receive devices later than expected."

WOW, so much for JOD demand priority with my orders being made at 12:50am on 9/12. Then screwed up, then screwed up again, and wait for it, screwed up one more time (this time with no one even bothering to follow up).

I am happy for all of you that had a relatively easy process. I counted about 11+ hours on the phone/chat with T-Mobile about a freaking preorder. If it wasn't family I would have told them to go F*** themselves a while ago. But the girls really want their phone so I stuck it out.

If T-Mobile decides to fix this without any more stress for me than we leave things where they are for now. Either way my girls will get their phones; I will have one or two of my workers camp out by the Apple Store to make sure they get them and I will pay them in full and say good-bye to T-Mobile. Hazard pay for the employees, just in case someone wants to make a comment about that's not how you treat employees or some bs. They were the ones that offered.

Anyway, END OF RANT. Congrats to those that have their shipping and the best of luck to those still waiting.
If you go back s couple of pages you will see I was in the exact same boat. I was able to get them to credit all down payments and they're paying for half of my 128g. 6s plus (that they just offered since they didn't want to cancel another order and had no idea why the down payment was over $400).

So far I have one device marked as shipped for which I also received a text message notification. Unfortunately the 6s plus is the device I need asap since the 16gb 6 plus I have isn't cutting it for storage. But what can you do? First world
Problems here and they're crediting me nearly $600, so I guess I can't complain too much.
