Go to ups.com and check track by reference. Use your cellphone number without dashes as reference. You should get your tracking.

I did read your post. Congrats. That's a really nice little bonus.
Since then, I was contacted by a supervisor; very knowledgeable guy who said he's been there since the iPhone 5 launch so he knows what's bad and what's worse. (I did get all of the upgrade fees waived and a little extra credit for my bill as well).
He looked at each of my orders one by one and said that there is no problems/flags/concerns. The reason for even my earlier orders not shipping is: this is verbatim, single lines or even two or three lines that have the colors that are not as popular will get put together in packages first. Basically when they are looking at the order for your account they see all of your orders. Being that two of my four phones are rose gold (the most popular colors per his words) there is some wait for my all 4 phones to be at the same place for them to print out the labels (which is all that they are doing right now). He said that all four of my phones should be ready for shipping on Monday. Then they will wait for the rest of the batches to be distributed among the people that have the "will ship before 9/24" and only then give all of the orders to UPS for pickup and delivery.
If my order confirms as "shipping" on Monday then what he said holds ground. If the people that are getting "delivered on 9/21" messages get their phones and post some pictures then both he and I are wrong - and congrats on getting your devises 5 days before launch lol.
Once again, good luck, be patient, as far as the "shipping before 9/24" as a status looks really good for launch day delivery.

Me. Just checked my wife's email (where TMO stuff goes) and. I don't have anything their. We got a text and logging in to the site states one device has shipped.
no tracking number yet and still at being processed just got charged a couple hours ago.

This is a shot in the dark, but maybe the rose gold phones did not come in the current batch. This is why we are not seeing them ship out either by themselves, or, like in my case, because they are half of my order they put aside the other two phones and are waiting for the rose gold ones to hit my "order number".
I am hoping/guessing Monday is when that batch is coming in since he said that on Monday my order status should be "shipping".

Yeah I have an expected ship date of the 24th now, as of this morning, but I didn't get charged or a shipping label created just yet. Guessing they have a phone accounted for, for me but they don't necessarily have it ready to go out yet. I have hope though, so it would be ****** to change my status to expect this date but not really have one lol

My 128 gig rose gold 6s says shipped and my credit card was charged for the $199 down payment. Would be cool if I get it before I go out of town on the 23rd!

Yeah, I was charged around 1:45pm MDT and still don't have any shipping info.

Just checked UPS. It says my T-Mo upgrade estimated delivery is Monday the 21st! Wonder if that will actually happen or if they will hold it until the 25th...and since I put in an out of town hold I won't get it until October 🙁
I placed my order at a T-Mobile store on Monday 9/14 right when they opened (A little after 10 am) for a 6s Space Gray 128 GB. Put the 199 down and switched to the Jump On Demand. No updates other than on the T-Mobile page since 9/17 it has said "Expected to ship 9/24/15" and no texts or anything. So not sure what to think lol.
I've been charged for my 6s+ 64gb SG today, but site still says "expected to ship 9/24"? I thought they didn't charge unless they are about to ship?

Once you get charged, that website is old info.
Start looking at mytmobile account now. You should see your tracking now (or soon), and you can also find it on ups in search by reference

Ordered mine at 7:30 PST on 9/12, I ordered the Silver 16GB. I was just charged today no confirmation text, no confirmation email, no tracking info, says "expected to ship 9/24" Still says Processing on My tmobile and I checked by reference on UPS with my Phone number nothing came up, so I guess I'll just wait and see.
