Got a pending charge on the credit card and a tracking number, with some e-mails from T-Mobile about one of the phones I ordered. However, the credit card charge seems to have disappeared now.

It's so weird how some peoples my tmobile updates and others don't. Mine has been on order processing since last Saturday.

I love t-mobile but damn do their systems suck.

Nothing on my end yet iPhone 6S RG 16GB.. I can imagine all the drama and even worst preorder for next year iphone 7
I dont think it will be so dramatic. Everybody wants the RG so its very high demand. It will get old fast like the gold did and itll become equally as wanted as the other colors by the iPhone 7

lol I'm not really mad-mad, frustrated yes but I'm more ****ing confused than anything. Why their reps are convinced no one's been charged (when thats not true). They're not on the same page/updated which literally takes an email memo 2-3 times a day tops to update everyone.

I want the guy then whose being a rebel charging everyone hah

I found out during this process that T-Mobile uses various outsourced call centers so the information you get depends on how well the person in that supplier's call center is trained. There are also 'real' T-Mobile people that presumably know what they're talking about more.

Just got charged.. No email no text no tracking number
This is my situation too. Ordered yesterday morning. Got charged this morning. Aside from the initial text that said essentially 'o hai, you ordered a new phone' I haven't received any other messages.

I don't know why some are fretting about shipping. I think Tmo is doing the best they can do. If you have a expected to ship by 9/24, expect just that. Can it change? Sure! But most, if not all should have overnight shipping. I think all is going pretty well. IMHO it seems like Tmo got a pretty good initial stock frok apple.

For those of you who got new JOD! Contracts emailed, does it reflect the price before credits or including credits? (Ie. $20 or $15-$19)? One line is supposed to be $20 and it says $28

The EIP shows the cost before credits, so they look higher than they will be on the bill.

Created this so you guys can enter your current statuses. After there is a few responses, I'll do a bit of tweaking and share a link to where everyone can view each other's responses.

This is the best I could do to try to share order statuses, and I'm pretty sure this is gonna be a fail lmao.

Also let me know if I should add/tweak any questions.

Credit is per month so not part of the Agreement. The subtle difference is that if you, for whatever reason, abandon T-Mobile or the Agreement, you lose the benefit of the credits to offset the phone cost. It essentially becomes an early termination fee of $8*(18-n) where n is the number of months you've paid on the lease.

OK thanks.
