Yet again TMO comes through. Just got an email about an update to the JoD contract for the Rose Gold 64 GB 6S I ordered for the wife. Checked the UPS My Choice app and sure enough there's a new tracking number for it.

Despite another crazy preorder filled with twists and turns, TMO comes through again and I'll have both phones on launch day. And I had no down payment. And they're going to honor the $15 and $19/month pricing we got with the JoD Amped promo.

This is why I can't even be mad at Magenta. I know not everyone was this lucky, but I have to believe that the majority of folks who ordered right away WILL get their devices on launch day, or shortly after.

People who already got their ups tracking info and ordered the 6s Space Gray 64gb, is it normal that it weighs 1lb?

I could be wrong but I remember last year's packages were about that weight for one phone. That or the system just defaults to 1lb until a weight is assigned to it (label printing).

I'm pretty sure that for these big product launches, the carriers don't actually touch product, and UPS Logistics handles all aspects of packing and shipping direct from the UPS Worldport facility using packing specifications of the carrier. I could be wrong. (Even though TMO shows up as the "shipper")
 
Man for awhile all I wanted was a charge on my card, I got that... but tracking would be nice considering they've taken my money :)
 
Anyone else still seeing "order being processed" for your model despite getting an estimate of being shipped by 9/25 when you ordered?

Same here I can't see any details on my T-Mobile account besides order being processed and estimate being shipped by the 24th no charge no tracking
