T-Mobile's site is still wonky, as well as their notification system. Awaiting five devices in total. Got two texts with the same tracking number, then another with a different tracking number.

First one is 1.90 lbs, and the second is 1.30 lbs. I'm assuming the first is a 6s Plus and the latter is the 6s. Still stoked that I saved a grand in deposits when T-Mobile bumped all five of my iPhones from 16GBs to 128GBs, so I'm not too worried about the arrival times - it'll come when it comes. While I feel bad for NYC residents who may be affected in getting their iPhones delivered to them, my issue will be getting home from NYC that Friday afternoon to greet my iPhones in New Jersey. The crowd for the Pope is going to bring all Manhattan traffic, public and personal transportation to a halt...

I'll bite. Iselected the "free" protection. If i get charged i''l just have them refund.
 
I went ahead and changed my delivery for pick up at my local UPS shop. However, it told me I could pick up between 9/21-9/25. I may go ahead and try to see if I can pick it up tomorrow.

Edited to ask: If I add it to my plan now, and then switch to my 6s when it arrives, does the protection plan automatically update to cover the new phone?

Does your tracking show an origin scan? Mine still says label created so I don't think UPS even has it in their hands yet.

Regarding the "free" Premium Handset Protection, my conversation with T-Force (@TMobileHelp on Twitter) resulted in unfavorable news:
Thank you for getting a hold of us because it can certainly be confusing! For whatever reason, it's showing as 'Free' online, but this is a paid feature at $10/mo/line. It's great you're so on top of everything and want to take advantage of it! For the confusion, I have issued a $10 courtesy credit on your account. Now knowing that it is a paid feature at $10/mo/line, would you like to remove this feature or keep it? We're here for you!
I attempted to confirm:
Are you sure there is no temporary promotion for this feature, possibly not advertised? There's been a number of unadvertised promotions that happened lately, so I wouldn't want to remove it unless I know it was actually an error and supposed to be a paid feature in the first place. Thanks for the $10 credit, but I added the feature to all five smartphone lines, not just one.
Their response:
I'm not seeing a promotion that's offering this and truly apologize for the misunderstanding with this! I can credit for the other 4 features for one month with a $40 credit today as well if you choose to keep those. Would you like to keep those on and have the first month credited?
First, getting iPhone 6/6 Plus for $15 and $19/mo with the Amped JUMP! on Demand promotion, then getting a prioritized upgrade to the new iPhone 6s/6s Plus that'll arrive this Friday for the same monthly lease, then saving $1000 by getting a five free upgrades from 16GB to 128GB through the unadvertised 'free memory upgrade variant' promotion... After all that, I suppose getting free Premium Handset Protection on top of all that was too good to be true.

I'll hold onto it for the month, then cancel.

Ordered my iPhone 6s Plus in rose gold 64GB on 9/12. I'm on JOD. I got my charged today and as well as my tracking number! Says delivery date of 9/22, highly doubt it though.

Tuesday, 09/22/2015, by 3:00 P.M.(by end of day for residential deliveries)-- is also listed but there's no movement on the package so that's prob not correct. It's 1.2 lbs. (mine is a 6s plus)

Hi Alex by last Saturday do you mean 2 days ago or a week ago, I did an order for rose gold 64gb last Saturday (2days ago) but didn't receive any status or confirmation, when I called TMobile they said there is something wrong with their pre order system and it would be fixed soon.
no on the first day of preorder and to get priority you had to be within the first 3 day if you upgrade with jump on demand
 
Just curious why everyone's Monthly JOD is so high here's mine, I did put money down that would make the difference right , I had to put half half down

No email or text. Explore page still shows expected to ship by 9/24.

My tmobile order page changed from processing to shipped within past few hours.

Tracked reference via phone number on the UPS site and label has been created.

All good news it seems from now til Friday

All my wat. My status is still "expected to ship 9/24" and I haven't been charged yet. No movement at all. I'm happy for you but damn I'm also sad for me

I ordered at 12:10am (ish). Order number S0061*****, located in California. My status is still expected to ship 9/24 on the explore-tmo page, I received the tracking by text. Nothing in UPS My choice either. Good luck!

Agreed, and that's what I expect. However, we saw a story that someone in San Diego actually got her Rose Gold 6s delivered today. Also, the quote below made me wonder if he has seen movement on his package tracking as I thought UPS would not allow changes at the label creation stage. I could be wrong; I haven't tried and don't need to. Others have been posting today about not being able to change their UPS delivery.
