Regarding the "free" Premium Handset Protection, my conversation with T-Force (@TMobileHelp on Twitter) resulted in unfavorable news:

First, getting iPhone 6/6 Plus for $15 and $19/mo with the Amped JUMP! on Demand promotion, then getting a prioritized upgrade to the new iPhone 6s/6s Plus that'll arrive this Friday for the same monthly lease, then saving $1000 by getting a five free upgrades from 16GB to 128GB through the unadvertised 'free memory upgrade variant' promotion... After all that, I suppose getting free Premium Handset Protection on top of all that was too good to be true.

I'll hold onto it for the month, then cancel.

Looks like they sold you on their magic math of the memory upgrade. There is no freebie here. You just pay the difference at the end. This is the exact same tactic as when you buy a car and they only want to talk about the monthly payment. They're all laughing at you in the back office while you're signing the paperwork.

tmo charged me $278 for jod ip6+ 64gb. i switched from Att on the 8th made a down payment and was told that it would be $0 down since my switching bet. iPhones 6+ 64gb to 6s+ 64gb. i don't understand whats going on. anybody has any input?

Sure I 've got input ...They charged me $430. I have not gotten up the will to start fighting yet. But it's coming.

P.S. To state the obvious, Both charges are wrong.

Sorry I'm late to the party and read a few of the pages. But I couldn't get through all 153 pages of posts... I have the new JOD plan paid $109 upfront. Was there a further discount if I request AMPED? What is it and what is the deal? How much more off do they take than the $7?

It is amazing how the most basic arithmetic eludes even the otherwise very smart folks here. With Zero percent financing, the math on all of these "Deals" is dead simple and requires only
1. Reading Comprehension - to read the contracts
2. Adding - to add up the numbers.

No worries, 153 pages of mostly non-cohesive posts would be very unpleasant to read. Amped was a deal that ended around Labor Day and you can no longer sign up for it. JOD is the best deal available as of now.

Ah ok... Thanks for the quick response! I was going to go for that deal, it's the $15 a month plan right? I missed out on it because I wasn't sure I was going to upgrade until I heard that 6S would have Band 12.
Do the AMPED customers also get the $7 off on top of paying $15 a month? But in the end if they buy their phone outright they pay the same as us regular JOD people right?

Does your tracking show an origin scan? Mine still says label created so I don't think UPS even has it in their hands yet.

Mine said in Transit before I changed to hold for pickup. Now it just tells me I have to pick it up between now and 9/25 or else they will send it back.

For normal JUMP........it is $100 for 64GB and $200 for 128GB...........it is all the JOD(Jump on Demand) customers that are talking about the offers
