Same here, when I preordered my 128GB RG 6S+ on 9/17(as well) I was promised I would get it on or before Friday. Its frustrating since I was planning on taking off to receive the phone now it could arrive anywhere between 10/2 and 10/16
My status hasnt changed from "Being processed" but my card was charged. So per twitter folks on Tmobile I should be getting my phone on the 25th since my card was charged.
Interesting. And you have a firm charge (versus a Pending charge)? If you do, I wouldn't read too much into that statement. You'll probably get your phone on the 25th. Even if you don't have tracking yet it's all overnight shipping so you're really still in the game even without tracking info yet until Friday morning.
Well, I just got the tracking information for my 2nd 6S Plus...that I never ordered. So, at this point, I pre-ordered a SG 64gig 6S Plus and got shipped a 6 Plus. I got that one sent back, and now I'm apparently getting two 6S Plus's. *sigh* This is a bit of a mess...
As of now, the regular My T-Mobile page still says my order is being processed, and Explorer page says "Expected to Ship by 9/24/15". This is for a 64 GB RG 6s and a 64 GB SG 6s Plus.
No I did not. I'm not sure what's AMPED promotion. Also, $23 a month for:
iPhone 6s Plus - 64GB
times 8% sales tax is $24.84, and not $32.4-$7= 25.40
I'm just wondering how did TMO come up with the numbers...
try refreshing the order status page in your account......may be sometime it will say shipped

Well just don't sign the agreement if you don't understand it. Make them explain it to you. It's your right as a consumer.
Hey we're in the exact same boat. I wrote your username down and I'll message you as soon as I get any sort of update. I pre-ordered on the 15th around noon and I haven't been charged anything yet. I'm a new customer switching from Verizon so I don't have any sort of JoD priority.
Sounds good! Yeah, trying to switch from Verizon and had initially tried to pre-order on the 12th, of course was told systems were down, couldn't activate any lines, etc, so called back later in the day and got order placed only to find out that not only did they not do Jump on Demand, but also managed to order 2 Rose Golds. So Executive Team managed to finally get it squared away for me on the morning of 9/14. For whatever reason they did ground shipping vs. overnight, but I think at that point I was just like, I just want the correct order, it will get here when it gets here, lol. So now just curious if will actually get some shipping info today after getting charged late yesterday.
