There's no Jump on Demand back in July. TMO started the promotion after iPhone 6s was announced.
Jump on Demand actually started at the end of June. You got a better discount on the phone back then too over what they offered once the 6S was announced.

Well, I've pretty much got all my information now, my IMEI, Serial, Tracking... the strange thing is I've received nothing from T-Mobile besides the first three initial e-mails. All my notifications that would alert of new device orders are turned on. And still no updates showing on the "explore" tracker.

T-Mobile system incredibly backlogged, confirmed.

It was technically called Tmobile "JUMP!" "Jump on Demand" started after the iPhone 6s came out.

The T-MO systems are days behind on the updating. Also they are having updating to fix system issues due to promotions not matching up so its all a mess.

It is most likely generated but has not been updated on the website.

I bet you will get an email with a tracking number by 5pm today!
I'm going to guess that you don't have tracking yet then. What we have here is a case of confirmation bias. If you can't find a shipment by the reference number, there is no shipment waiting for you.

Per T-Mobile... If you got charged you will get your phone by the 25th.

Last message on the topic from me to respect the thread but what they tweeted was that you'd get a shipment email soon. The shipment would already be available by reference if it existed. I have no shipment email confirmation from T-Mobile but have had tracking visible since yesterday.

They will probably generate more labels as they continue production at the factory. Sincerely, I hope you get your phone on Friday. I know you've been really active in this thread and are excited for it.

No worries. I was major confused as well. They had Jump 1, then made Jump 2 which you had to pay off 50% of the phone to upgrade, then made Jump on demand. it gets confusing.
With any of these jump plans, I'm assuming the return policy is the same. For those that returned their leased phone back in, anyone know if they're strict or lenient on the phones?
