That is not a valid way to track the phone. They are having a lot of system issues so the true way to know if you are getting your phone is if you get charged the amount OR if you get an ammended EIP which states the IMEI number in your agreement.

Oh THAT's why I got that email this morning! Duh! LOL.
 
I've seen about 6 reviews / unboxings of the 6s and 6s Plus. Looks like Rogers, AT&T, & Verizon units are arriving to customers. Those were the models the reviewers were using.

I thought these were tech bloggers that got theirs today? Like MKBHD and Walt Mossberg?
 
Anyone with a 64GB Rose Gold Plus still haven't seen any movement? T-Mo's status tracker says my phone is expected to ship by the 24th, but my card still hasn't been charged, and haven't gotten any more emails.
Me lucky you I ordered on the 15th still no movement
 
i ordered the same on 9/15 mine says early november -___-
I ordered the same date and explore. T-Mobile says the same thing for me but I was told by multiple reps to disregard that and also by a rep with the ERT. They said we should get an update by the 24th
 
Can someone explain the serial/imei look up? The number given to me on my updated lease/contract that says 'IMEI' doesn't add to any apple support page and says like:

Production week : -29- (July)
Production year : -2003-
Production number: 2319 (within this week)

When I looked it up on that other site. 2003 can't be right lol. What am I missing here


PS tmo emailed me my tracking officially and the updated contract. I also got 2 texts with the tracking. All stuck at label still. :)
 
Has anyone changed their delivery preference with UPS to pickup at UPS access point?

If you have, does your status still say pending in your tracking information?

Changed mine yesterday, still says pending.

I changed mine in August, knowing I was gonna be ordering the 6s this month. I don't know whether it'll make difference in this shipment since it's been this way for over a month now.
 
Yes you can. Depending on relative location of the UPS Store it may add one day to the shipment time. It would get loaded onto the truck like normal and be delivered to the UPS Store instead of your house. If you hold at the actual UPS location they just divert it to the will call and it's available first thing in the AM.

Yeah for the 6 I had them send it to the Customer Center, but it's just a pain to get to. This time, I have changed all my deliveries to the Access Point; the one I use is less than 2 miles from my house. I just use them so I can pop over at lunch and get my items from there, and also know they're safe inside. They also get my deliveries there pretty early in the morning.

ETA: When I got my tracking number I went to check the UPS site and they already have it showing as I have requested a change of delivery address.
 
honestly shocked there's been hardly any movement in the t-mo tracking numbers.
Why? They're all shipping overnight...and they're not supposed to arrive until friday...so why wouldnt they most likely all be shipped on thursday?

It's so strange - I found my tracking number by using my phone number at UPS, so I know it's shipped. I also see "Shipped" on my order status in my account. I also got the amended EIP with the IMEI. I just haven't gotten that darn email with the tracking number!

Its all messed up i have text and email with tracking and see my imei under eip billing but cant track by reference and cant see status under my account..
 
I gotta ask, why would I want to know my IMEI or serial number? Are you planning on buying squaretrade or some similar policy before your phone is in hand?

To confirm that they have assigned a phone to my order.

Just trying to make sure the order is actually moving along.
