That's sucks bc I just left ATT I live in San Antonio TX and outside the city I got no service, like it read no service! Im going to see how this band 12 works if not im going to return my phones and go back to ATT
Me either. With the system being as bizarre as it has been, and everyone getting vastly different information, I would be terrified to manipulate it in anyway.

I'm interested in knowing how Tmobile works in San Antonio, both inside and outside the city (band 12 or not). I'm in Cali but my father lives there and I am thinking of getting a phone for him on my tmo account. He's getting old and I worry about him running around without a cell phone. I'm just not sure what t-mobile's service is like in San Antonio. Would you mind posting a follow up on this thread (or PM me) once you've tested it out there? I'd greatly appreciate it!
go to tracking, then track by reference then input your phone # in the reference field.
What is the reference number is it like 000-000-0000 or 000000000 when doing the phone search?
Am I the only who ordered at midnight on the 12th and still haven't received a charge or a tracking number

Already chatted with T-Mobile, they said everything is fine, I am still in the queue (processing).
It would appear that T-Mobile is doing a lot of shipping prep before the phones are moved on the 24th. Many things can be a factor as to why you're not getting a tracking number yet, such as your location or phone model. It's possible that you might not get a tracking number until Thursday.
Shows nothing. I will be so pissed if they charged me and dont have a phone with my name on it.
It's unlikely that they wouldn't confirm inventory before charging you. This just means that they haven't created your UPS shipping label yet. Check again tomorrow.
