Technically, support told me even though it's backordered, I should still be getting it tomorrow. I haven't been charged yet, and haven't received any shipping info. So I'm supposed to just trust the T-Mobile rep.so a regular 6s space gray 64gb and you are backordered when ordering at 1am?

on my UPS page it says I can select a 2 hour window for an $8.00 fee. Is that even worth it?
64GB Rose Gold 6S and 64GB Space Gray 6S Plus in transit. Ordered 10am on 9/12. Stores should be getting their demos today so I'm gonna see if I can get a peek
I am livid right now.
On 09/12 i orded 5 iphones, i was going to transfer my family from Verizon to t-mobile.
They tried to charge my card on the 21st but there was a fraud alert. I quickly let my bank know that I made the charge but was told that tmobile needs to reprocessed the transaction.
I let t-mobile know right away what happend but they said everything looked good on their end. They told me that it was a pending charge and the real charge would happen later.
The next day I get a call from T-Mobile asking for an updated CC number. Gave it to them, I asked if this would change my place in line and they said no.
So today I call again to see why I was not charged yet, and they told me that because my card did not get charged I got bumped in line
I won't be getting my phones toll Nov
I told them to cancel the order, they can't so it till the phones are shipped......

This is my 2nd time pre-ordering with T-mobile. The first was earlier this year with the Galaxy S6. Both times have been very smooth for me. I actually received my Galaxy early...4 days before the official launch dayI will say this: Their pre-ordering systems are a complete mess. I went through a similar hassle last year ordering a Nexus 6. My recommendation would be to just buy phones outright via Apple next time round.

If its the UPS facility then yes should be available for pickup friday morning, if its ups retail store then add 1 business day
definitely as long its at the distribution center then yeah, first thing in the morning. if you pick a UPS store, then you have to wait until the UPS truck goes there.

It will say on the tracking page when it's available for pickup. Mine is usually ready around 8am but all are different. Some don't even open til 11 or later.
If you don't find any tracking info on the UPS site by later this evening, then you may not get a device. I would make sure that the order isn't messed up on T-Mobile's end and that you are getting a device at all because that model should be shipping out immediately.
