Phone is in the state just about half an hour away from the hub that I will be picking it up from... I hope that everything is good for me to get it in the morning!

Mine flew from Louisville into Hartford I think and left Windsor Locks CT at 6:32 pm. I'm outside of Boston so this means I actually should get it tomorrow!

Today, I ordered the 6s 64 GB through Jump On Demand. I also got a trade in quote of $361 on my 16 GB 6 Plus. I have $375 left on my EIP. How do the credits work? Does it automatically get applied to my EIP, or do I have to pay off my EIP and the receive the credits? Thanks.
The monthly credits aren't applied to your EIP, they are apply to your bill. You'll have to trade in the 6 plus and pay off the remaining balance or you'll have both phone payments on your bill.

By the way I'm in Utah too. Go Utes!

DAMNIT! The rep I talked to said all I had to do was pay the difference between the trade in value and the EIP balance. I don't have $350 right now, so do I wait until the credit is posted and then pay off the balance?

That is correct.

when you trade in your 6 plus the $361 you were quoted will be credited to your EIP and then you'll have to pay the $14 balance. It usually takes a week or two for them to credit you if you mail in the trade in phone.

Based on past experience the phone will sit in Oakland until tonight, then at night, when traffic is lighter it will be transported to the local distribution center. What I have no idea is if I'll get it in the morning. Worse come to worse I'll have to pick it up at night from the local center if nobody is at home when the UPS truck comes.

My 6s64RG is in transit, currently in Florida now, 6hours drive from my place scheduled for delivery tomorrow. Hopefully will get it tomorrow.

Also received an email from Apple telling my 6s64G is reserved for pickup tomorrow from Apple Store. Guess I will skip the Gold and walk with the RoseGold :)

Funny, I ordered 6s Rosegold 64gb on September 18th and am getting it on launch day :D

Thanks. Same here, including departure scan. I wonder how many people will be standing in line at 8am?

And do you want to hear something really terrible? I may stop by the Apple store on the way back to taunt the people in line... :D

they are going to be pissed

You probably would piss them off and get robbed.. i wouldnt risk it, just taunt them with a old iphone 4 or whatever and theyll laugh.

UPS FLIGHT LINE UPDATE:
Please read and Pay Attention!!!

I went to the website FlightAware which tracks real time flight data on a map of all UPS flights, and it is narrowed down to just the ones carrying iPhones.

So far, there are only two locations today that would have already received their phones at their large local hub, which are Honolulu, and Cologne (not in the US).

There are about 20 inbound flights on their way to Louisville now, and the earliest plane won't even arrive until around 1:15 pm EST, about 40 minutes from now. The rest will start piling in one by one. Then they have to be loaded with the phones which will take about 1-2 hours, depending how fast they work. So that means even the earliest plane won't leave from Kentucky until around 3:15-4:15, and we don't yet know where those flights will be headed until they are on their way. So flights will be running to their major hubs from 4:15 PM EST all the way through possibly 5:00 AM EST on Friday, which is usually what happens with most Next Day Air Saver flights since they want to gather and sort as many packages to put in the planes as possible. So you guys basically have a 25 hour window from now in which you will see those flights arrive at your major local hubs. By major local hubs I mean the ones near airports, in my case Ontario Intl which is 70 miles from me. Then around 6:00-6:30 a.m. local time they drive them to our nearest town hubs, which in my case is the Van Nuys hub, and would have an arrival time of 7:45 a.m. The Van Nuys hub is about 20 miles from me. Those trucks will then be loaded and dispatched to every location that receives packages from that hub. So they will then spend 30 minutes packing the truck and depart at 8:15 am local time on Friday morning, and deliver iPhones all day until 9 pm local time if necessary.

So that's how it is all going down and you really don't want to be checking all day long starting in 40 minutes until 25 hours from now. You know you will get your package if its waiting now in Louisville.

The only way you won't get it is if the plane crashes and all iPhones to that area go down in smoke.

I hope this puts to rest some of your guesswork and worrying about nothing if your package is already at Louisville. — And for those who still don't show their package is at Louisville but has a tracking number, there are about 9 more planes coming from China and Alaska still bringing phones into the US so all hope isn't lost for those of you either!

Well, my phone just departed Louisville 45 minutes ago on its way to my major Ontario hub. This is exactly what I said would happen in my post above. So no need to worry, guys. :)

There's a couple of us here... I'm waiting for mine to get to the ogden distribution center so I can pick it up in the morning before heading out of town for the weekend!

Ohhhhh! I thought that I had to pay off my full EIP today and then wait for the credit. I'm trading it in at a store, too.
