Same situation. My gf and I are rather pissed. Last year pre ordering we got 2 day. Every time I've ordered I've gotten 2 day. Thought it was just standard for iPhones.

What phone ? I got an update yesterday went from oct2-16 to expected to ship the 24th, got charged today but no movement, RG+ 64gb
I called because I have the same problem, and they told me that I can use my passport as my id, which doesn't have an address, but is a government issued ID... I'm also taking a bill with me...
I can't wait to test it out. All of the reviews I have watched look positive. It looks super fast. I sold my 128 Gig 6+ on EBay for $650. The guy wanted it right away so I had to ship it off. I'm using an unlocked Moto G so u can imagine the withdrawals and frustrations I'm having. Tomorrow can't Come fast enough.

I'm glad most of you have calmed down by now. I see this every year, so many people worrying when there is no need for them to get so stressed.
The only time to be stressed is getting in your preorder in time before they sell out the model you want, signing the EIP, and having your card charged and reversed 4 times like what happened to me last year (plus much more, all explained in my long first post on page 192-194 somewhere).
But the time to really, really get stressed out is AFTER you get your new iPhone because iOS 9 has so many damn bugs in it, it's insane. Hopefully though it doesn't behave that way on the new S models.
Ours departed Columbus, OH over 3 hours ago. We'll be seeing our new "preciouses" today it looks like.

Wow, now I want to privately sell mine again instead of only getting $382 from Tmobile, especially since I keep all my devices in FLAWLESS, better than new condition. Before I sold my iPad Air 2 for lack of using it, the day I received it I noticed the plastic cellular bar on the back, which for some reason, protruded slightly on one side but not the other, and only like 0.4mm. But almost all of them had this new design flaw. I made them open 3 more boxes to check them before I was content because that plastic protrusion kept scratching my finger, and I'm sorry, but for $910 the device should have been designed better. What was in the new iPad causing one side to angle outwards and not be flush with the aluminum back? No excuse. Apple should have remolded the plastic or reworked the internals so that didn't happen.
Funny, how they manage to have cellular on an iPhone without a plastic bar at the top, and now a new iPad Pro without one.....
If it's not at the facility that will be delivering it it has to go out again. For example I live in the city, but my packages come out of an office the next town over. So it always says its in my city, then departs again before delivery.

I highly doubt that the drivers are going to be knocking on people's doors this time of night, even if they had so many they couldn't do them all in one day.
Yes, you likely will as that was the least in demand of the Rose Gold + models and someone here already has theirs in motion.
Like I said earlier to everyone, the planes will keep departing until or a little after midnight local time (for delivery tomorrow). Planes will keep coming in beyond that, but for Monday deliveries and beyond.
