My phone is in your city!
Yup. Too bad I'm in San Antonio. Haha.
Houston texas here!!
I'm in the same boat, also ordered a 6S Plus with JOD and deferred trade in which is what I'm assuming you mean by deferred return?I jumped from AT&T to T-mobile. Ordered my iPhone 6Plus S 64gb with jod plan. Received it within 3 days of ordering. I was told it was on back order but it's the fastest I have ever received a new iPhone order.
Now to attempt the deferred return of my 6 plus. I have a return label. However, confused on if I should mail it or go into a store.
1) yes I got return labelI'm in the same boat, also ordered a 6S Plus with JOD and deferred trade in which is what I'm assuming you mean by deferred return?
1. Did you get the return label with your 6S Plus when it arrived?
2. My lease agreement did not show the trade in allowance, they told me it would be credited on the first or second bill. Was yours the same?
3. They told me the trade in has to be mailed in, you cannot bring it in store.
4. What color did you get? You must have lucked out because this chart shows only the 128GB Space Gray as being in stock, which was exactly what I went in to order. https://explore.t-mobile.com/shipping-dates
If you get it repaired at an unofficial place (or do it yourself) you're going to have major trouble trying to turn in the phone if you have it in lease. You don't own it and can't just go prying tmobile's phone open. You'll probably end up having to buy it out and have to try to sell it yourself (with the warranty voided).Aww crap where I live it's fairly inexpensive to get it fixed like $100 bucks but who has that kind of money to shell out. Crap crap crap
I prefer my JUMP as it's simply easy to understand too. I won't move to JoD as it didn't seem profitable if you buy phones and then sell them as I do. I sometimes can upgrade multiple times in a year. I put a lot down initially so when I sell the device, some funds pay off the rest of the phone, some goes into my pocket for the next device!
It also didn't come with insurance built into it, so I'd still be making it more complicated. I have to have insurance. I'm not the type to break phones. I'm more concerned with theft/loss.
I agree to disagree my son screen was shattered I took it to a shop called everything Apple here and they charged me 85 to fix it and he decided a month later he wanted a 6 so we did a JUMP upgrade using his 5s. Idk but that's my experience. If you get it repaired at an unofficial place (or do it yourself) you're going to have major trouble trying to turn in the phone if you have it in lease. I have the original JUMP as well and I like it but I do wish they give us some of the promotions the give the JOD customersI've been contemplating switching over to JOD, but I think that ultimately I'm going to keep JUMP (I have the original). I've been changing phones just once a year, I missed out on the earlier cheap promotions, and I now would have to completely pay off my phone in order to get the new JOD promotion. Yeah, I just think that I'll stick to what I have.
Finally! Ready for pickup.

1 6s 64GB gold
In other news. What is this? Say it ain't so?! Ugh over a month...![]()
I definitely hope so in the meanwhile I'm looking for another route. Texas isn't even listed on Apple's site for reserve in store anymore not for the 6S Plus anyways. If this year is anything like last year, Apple should start giving the carriers more phone stock at a faster rate. So, hopefully, you'll get your phone maybe 1-2 weeks sooner than your expected ship date. I think that T-Mobile kind of gives worse case scenario shipment dates.
Mine order today and getting Tuesday. i really don't like much Space Grey but can't wait 2 months that insane so force to buy Space Grey.

I agree. I was like Legere is trying to tempt us with all these deals, rather nice deals at that. But nah I am fine where I am.I do too, but I think that if it were up to T-Mobile, all of us JUMP 1.0 customers would switch to the newer version of JUMP.
I saw that but I rather go 128 gb space grey. I play with my son's phone and it's just too small For me. Thank you. The more I talk about it the more swayed I am to go for it. I have a feeling when I do they will say the phone is back in stock then I will be pi**ed
Decisions decisions decisions what are we to do? This really sucksSame here I don't want the smaller phone. I just checked explore and it said between 10/23 and 11/6. So mad I could scream. But I'm still torn on what I wanna do. I want the big phone but I don't want the space grey or the small one. But I also don't want to wait. :0(
The have no plus models anywhere near meHopefully the 2nd wave launch countries are not launching anytime soon. If so, that may be the reason why the shipping dates are so far away.
