:( same has happened to me!!

So, I found this site that has a map of T-Mobile's band 12 spectrum. And, it doesn't look like band 12 has been deployed yet either at my work or home location, although T-Mobile has the licenses for it. Bummer

That is a good map. But you should note- T-Mobile is deploying so fast that no ones maps can keep up. As you are in ATL and they are deploying there, if you don't have it at home and work now, you will soon. But for me I would be on Wi-Fi at those places so it would not matter.

So finally today I got the iPhone 6S Plus Silver 64GB, I preordered on September 12 but was shipped ground by mistake. T-Mobile already called me and I got $100 in credit for such mistake. Now my question for y'all is should I go to the store and return the other phone? I'm in Jump on Demand coming from an iPhone 6 Plus but I made de preorder by phone. I got a return label but I've seen a lot of people getting a text to go to the store. Another question, do I have to return the previous phone with the box and all the accessories or I only need to go to the store with the phone? I don't want to go and ask in the store because all the people working there has difference answer so which one is your experience guys?

I took my iPhone 6 back to the store and I just returned the phone, not the accessories that came with it and T-Mobile closed the lease for that phone.

Congrats! I hope you're enjoying your new phone! I've been back and forth with the store reps (who, on the phone, told me I had to bring in my old 6+ to the store), and the customer service reps on the phone who say to use the mailing label. I'm so sick and tired of everything, that I just mailed mine back with the mailing label. However, I wrapped my old 6+ in bubble wrap and put it back in its original box; bubble-wrapped THAT box, and put that in the same envelope the new one came in. Covered up the old UPS label with the new label and taped everything up good. Oh... and I took a pic of every single thing (the old phone, bubble wrap, mailing label, bubble envelope, and a post-it showing the date I mailed everything back.) I also have a transcript of the chat I had with the T-mobile rep this morning to whom I had to repeat THREE TIMES that my concern was mailing such an expensive item back with absolutely NO way to track it, because the label is from USPS with no postage necessary. She kept asking me what my concern was. I'm professional enough to not curse at people in a text or letter, or I'd have told her she was a f-in idiot. LOL!

You will probably find many different experiences here, too. Sorry I could not be more helpful or positive. I hope you have an easier time than I did.

P.S. I had no lease for my old 6+; paid it off a few months ago. So I'm not sure if that makes a difference or not.

Yay! Congrats! I have the regular JUMP I was only required to turn in the phone. I was told when I placed my order via telephone I had to mail in my trade in device.

Definitely return it to the store. You only really need to bring the phone. I brought mine in the original box but brought nothing else. Just hope you get a competent employee because it seems people have had many problems. I did my preorder by phone and this is what I did and had zero problems.

Thanks for all the replies, I'll go to the store first and if they tell me to use the mail, I'll ask to use the phone that they have in store to call customer service and check again.

Enjoy your iPhone guys (Even if the box isn't in perfect conditions)!

How does yours keep changing? Mine has not changed. Still 10/23 to 11/6
Not to sure. Odd it can quote a better ship time than when originally ordered then pretty much changed back to what it originally was though.

Same exact boat as you. Same phone. Same 3 different shipping estimates.

I ordered my 6s plus on 9/25, as of this morning my card wasn't charged and T mobile Cust service said 4-6 weeks. I just looked at my account and now it's been charged, but I haven't received anything else. Order still says in process on Tmobile.com. Please help!!!
