i ordered on the 15 a rose gold plus 64gb shipping dates 11-2/11-6
cancelled on the 25th reordered same day same phone only 128gb shipping date 10-23/11-06
In the earliest if mornings lol I came and checked this thread and several of my fellow thread member had received updates so I went to check and now it states 10-2/10-9 or something like that

persuaded me to cancel and waste more money to get the 128gb

i have a trip on oct 18 and i couldnt wait to long
so they assured me i wouldnt lose my spot in line and i will obviously get it before i leave but i look at my date now and they are a bunch of liars...

They do bend the truth but I've been tweeting and emailing Mr. Legere and his team. The executive office called me yesterday for a follow up and the guy said he will or will have someone call me every 72 hours

i wonder what is the email of Mr. Legere and his team? I had a bad experience with tmo last sunday. I came there to have my iphone exchange and they were insisting that i cant do that there because i pre-ordered my iphone 6s online, i did it in the same store last sept 17. I came there because a rep told me they cant process the exchange online because i pre-ordered it in the store. So anyway, the tmo people in the store including the manager didnt even bother to look at my account in their computer besides it is not past 14 days yet. So i can certainly have my iphone 6s exchange.

Noo!! It changed again!! From10/2-10/9 to 10/5-10/12 still not bad I just hope it doesn't change again unless it's to a closer date!!

I agree that's just a load of malarkey. You would think the would want to keep their valued customers happy

I've been with them for years. This is horrible. If I knew this would be like this I would have gone with silver or gold. I'm going to have a case majority of the time anyways. Smh my first time preordering and it sucks!!!!!

Mine too and it's ********. It said 2 to 4 weeks. Now we are waiting 4 to 6 wtf. Ugh

What's the email I want to email him. My situation is bs. I can wait either I'm moving and I can't even get it here after the first.
 
Got a question for you guys. I initiated a replacement for my 6S because of a screen defect through T-Mobile on Friday(received it that day). Thus far, the only confirmation of a pending exchange I've received from them is a return label that was emailed to me on Friday. Other than that, I'm in the dark. Should have gone to the Apple store instead? Do I need to call tmo again and see what the holdup is?

I would call T-Mobile first and get a status. If they can't provide you with a status, then I would just go to the Apple store (if you still have the original phone). This really should have been your first choice.
 
Just spoke to a T-Mobile rep. She said it's not their fault on the backorder...Blame :apple:

Look for delivery date first week in November! :oops:
