i wonder what is the email of Mr. Legere and his team? I had a bad experience with tmo last sunday. I came there to have my iphone exchange and they were insisting that i cant do that there because i pre-ordered my iphone 6s online, i did it in the same store last sept 17. I came there because a rep told me they cant process the exchange online because i pre-ordered it in the store. So anyway, the tmo people in the store including the manager didnt even bother to look at my account in their computer besides it is not past 14 days yet. So i can certainly have my iphone 6s exchange.
