Ordered my 6s+ 64GB Gold on 9/28. T-Mobile's order status at this very moment still says "Awaiting more Inventory. Expected Shipping between 10/06 - 10/13"

However, I noticed that T-Mobile finally charged me for the phone today, so I checked the reference on UPS, AND MY PHONE WILL BE DELIVERED TO MY HOUSE TODAY!

So excited!

I was expecting at least another week in waiting...

Man we ordered the 15th for the same color and size no shipping date.....

Is anyone here from the Buffalo NY area?

I am thinking about switching from Verizon to TMobile but worried about service and reception at home and around the city
 
I just use less on T-Mobile altogether. Someway they count data, it seems more conservative than ATT. I know there is no science or logic to it, but the data use adds up slow on T-Mobile.
A pretty good way to check this is to run speed test a few times and then do nothing else until they tally your totals. You can look up exactly what speed test used during each trial. I've found tmovilenis spot on with their usage calculations but there is a couple hour delay before they update you when dialing #932#
 
The grey bar thing just happened to my phone. It happened because I wiped the screen on my pants while in the text message window. It went away when I closed out the app. Why does it do that?

This just happened to me after a call. And now i cant send a text message because there is a grey line covering the space where you type. Annoying!!
where u able to fix it i really hope these phones start working properly its annoying
 
Yeah not going to lie about it, I am kinda mad at T-Mobile. I was told there was no backorder for the phone I wanted to order (6s+ Silver 64gb silver) by the Twitter peeps, had them help me order it (9/29/2015) due to a mess up on my account. Then I get a shipping notice saying that it is expected to ship between 10/27-11/10.

We had the same thing with a 64gb rose gold + on the 19th. They said there was no wait - we could have gotten a gold or silver if they had just told us there was a wait. Support has been extremely unhelpful. What I've learned is that TMobile store representatives can and will lie to you to make a sale or for no reason. Every single thing I've asked the store has been wrong according to chat/phone support.

That is one reason why I avoid the stores like the plague. This was the twitter customer service people. Usually they are on their A game. Im very disappointed because they are trying to tell me that after I had placed my order with them, I should have gotten an email showing that is was backordered. That is not what I was told in DM with them on twitter before I ordered. So now I will have to send my 6s back in a week or so, and probably go a half a month to 3 weeks without a phone.
 
Quick question about Jump on demand, if I want to upgrade to a 64 GB iPhone 7 next year, will I have to pay the $100 down again?
 
Yeah same here they told me that there was going to be no wait and that they had it but just not in store and that was on Monday. So I'm pretty disappointed as well but what more can I do lol.

it does that because the message thinks your going to send a voice message. as you can see in the message area it will be a grey bubble with 0:00 at the end. as if you were going to record
 
Today I experienced the shutting off bug and my phone got stuck a few times and I had to do a hard restart for both. I forgot 9.0.2 came out and I upgraded. Fingers crossed it don't happen again.

i believe my 6s rose gold is defective and i contacted the ceo again and i got a tracking number for a replacement phone!! :)

thats what happened to me and i already had 9.0.2 installed on it

I don't mean to sound insensitive or as if I'm hating but that's some bull here we have been waiting on phone getting they are backordered, calling and emailing the CEO and his ERT and getting no results. It makes me so mad but I'm glad you are getting a replacement I just want my dang phone.

i noticed something weird on my screen when i got it. I tried to exchange it at tmo store but no luck. So i went to apple. Luckily, they will replace it but its slow. I still have no updates yet until today.

I think we have been patient, understanding and remained calm through this whole process how is that they have phones to just give out while everyone else in line gets passed over. You don't get to pick and choose we all are equally important, we pay for a service too. It's just really unfair and I'm not trying to seem like a party pooper but sheesh that's the reality.
