Not accurate? You aren't the only one going through issues with T-Mobile a lot of us are some that preordered before you on the 12th when they were placing orders by hand, in which some made it in and others didn't. I personally was one having them mess up and had to reorder assuring I wouldn't lose my place and having to do a whole other order because they placed the order for the wrong model. Finally my order went in on the 15th. I haven't receive any special treatment. It's just crazy just as his assistant told you that bit of information I think T-Mobile should disclose it to all its customers. We all pay making us all equal!!! Ijs... Smh I'm about really tired of T-MobileAs i was talking to the assistant who has been helping me said they are holding some orders because some iphones are defective and they are going by the serial numbers and taking out the one they believe have these issues. I was told the rose gold 16gb and 64gb are the longest to wait for. The date u guys see in the explorer is not accurate!!! I really hope you guys get a cellphone and i believe i have been lucky! And i have been going thru alot with tmobile since I preordered my order on the 14th!!!
I think we have been patient, understanding and remained calm through this whole process how is that they have phones to just give out while everyone else in line gets passed over. You don't get to pick and choose we all are equally important, we pay for a service too. It's just really unfair and I'm not trying to seem like a party pooper but sheesh that's the reality.

Best advice ever. I just told some of my fellow friends from here that I was going to stop letting everything get me. Thank you so muchMy advice is to stop listening to people on here and place relience on the explorer dates. If your phone isn't shipped out by the dates t-mobile promised on the website, then reach out and complain. Otherwise you will drive yourself insane listening to a lot hearsay and misinformation.

My cousin went to a T-mobile store yesterday and walked out with a 64GB 6s+ space gray. If the store has it in stock you can always just cancel the online order. Its worth a shot.
Awww no I haven't received a phone so I'm going to try my luck with Apple I've been waiting since the 15th I have other plans so I need to get this phone stuff out the wayI want to exchange my gold 6s for the SG 6s+ but T-mobile rep told me I would have to send the 6s back first then they can send me the Plus which I dont get because I would be without a phone within that time so obviosuly thats not an option for me. I thought they would send me the Plus and I can mail back the 6s. And of course since I ordered online I cant exchange in store so I guess I have to live with it. They said I would have to use one of my jump upgrades if I want to do it in store.
