I don't know if this solved my phone randomly shutting off and then becoming unusable for 12 hours, but I ended up activating the SIM that came with my phone and haven't had any problems the last 4 hours. During those 12 hours my 6s+ on 9.0.2, would cut off and the home screen would become stuck after pressing home and the power button at the same time.

I shouldve done this. Maybe thats why i have issues with mine

Just ordered a 6S+ 64GB Space Grey through TMobile a few moments ago via JoD, anyone have an idea how long it'll take for it to ship?
 
I threw my SIM card away because T-Mobile rep told me I didn't need it and now it be a gray line in the type box on messages causing me to reboot my phone

I've had the gray line a few times before updating to iOS 9.0.2. I'm not sure if it was associated with the old SIM or not but I haven't seen it with the new SIM yet. I had the first SIM since my 5s.

Ordered a 6s Plus 128 Space Gray on 10/1. Got an email that it shipped today and will be overnighted (presumably delivered Monday). Sharing in case others are curious about delivery estimates.

thats actually really damn assuring! considering the site says shipping times are 2-4 weeks for the 64 and 128GB variants, crossing my fingers that it'll show up sometime next week!
 
No luck turns out they didn't even have it in stock. System error but they said they will call me tomorrow if one comes in
Damn, they had one when I was talking to a rep. Rose gold 64gb plus T-Mobile. She refreshed it and it was gone. But every morning people reserve phones and not all of them get them, so it could be there in the morning.

I know that made me so mad I had to drive 30 minutes to get there. Ugh come on T-Mobile my estimates are this week so hopefully it comes on

I've been waiting since ordering on Monday 9/28... still no shipping info.
I got my 6s+ last night and I ordered 9/28 like you, so it shouldn't be too long of a wait! Don't rely too heavily on the T-Mobile order status info... It said the status for my phone was "Awaiting inventory. Expected shipping: 10/06 - 10/13" but when I checked UPS tracking it said "Out for delivery"

T-Mobile's order status system takes a while to update from what is actually happening. :)
