Yes. I have had one at home for about a year now, and my signal is definitely much better now. It used to be so bad I couldn't even call the police in an emergency.

So far I am super happy with my phone. As a reminder I got the RG 6S Plus 64 GB that was ordered on 9/26 and delivered on 10/13. Still getting used to the size though. I'm also happy with T-Mobile because I'm now able to get an LTE signal at work and it's even better at home. I came from ATT. Here's a picture of my new baby...
Congratulations I order 9/15 and by 10/3 I didn't have a phone so on 10/4 I reserved me a 6S Plus RG with the Apple Store. I was so through with T-Mobile. I'm glad you had a positive outcome. Beautiful phone!

same config and situation. did JOD on 10/3 and signed the agreement for JOD 7pm later that day...
Hopefully we get some movement soon. I know Jayjew was in a similar situation (ordered a day or two later if I remember correctly?) and just got tracking numbers.
yep! I'm constantly checking every 30 mins on the order status page for the 6s+ and myTmobile haha but worst case scenario we should get it by the end of this week
HOWEVER. A person from the presidents office put my orders to the front of the queue. I had emailed John saying everything we had to go through just to get a simple exchange. We were even told to leave a store from a T Mobile employee, so this might be why. However, my T-Mobile explore still says 10/19 so I have no idea what's really going on...
Just check my order status... through my login it states it shipped but no shipment info. though the order status link it still says delayed... weird...
Go on ups.com and track it using your reference number (phone number without dashes or spaces).
It's probably getting ready to be shipped or UPS is just behind on their updates. I wouldn't worry at all man,at least yours is shipped whereas mine still says Expected to ship between 10/20/2015 ad 10/27/2015 and mytmobile says backordered
EDIT: At least they're catching up on their orders from what it sounds like!

Soooo the tmobile order status page is updated to todays date but my order is still the same.....blah
Be a bit patient, you should get it really soon. When I placed my order I was expecting to get it by thanksgiving ;-) and I am probably going to get it friday/saturday ;-)
I'm usually patient but seeing alot of people getting their phones ahead of the estimated shipping date is giving me high and false hope for myself. A buddy of mine ordered over the phone with tmobile on mon(10/12) and his got shipped out today.
