I was told when I was in the online chat that the 128gb was available so all I did was ask the lady would I have to cancel this order first and then order,she automatically assumed I said cancel and almost cancelled my order lol.I checked the status of iPhone 6s on the T-Mobile site. Don't rely on the customer care reps. When I got charged, I called them up after a couple hours to ask if there were going to send me a tracking number. She was telling it would take 4 weeks to get my phone. She just didn't understand. I wouldn't rely on their order tracking form. They still have my order for next week. They are slow on updating and notifying.
