All it says it's back ordered, got the run around from the representatives. But they just said 2-4 weeks. That was 2-4 weeks ago. I didn't pre order on jump, I'm a new tmo customer, coming from Verizon. Not sure if that has anything to do with it.
I know that when it came to preordering all JUMP and JUMP On Demand customers were prioritized over everybody else. It's been a little over a month and I'm not understanding why you haven't received your device yet, when like you said people are ordering in October and getting theirs. Maybe you need to see if Apple have it in stock and then reserve it and cancel your T-Mobile order.

But seeing people getting their devices now when they pre ordered in October is making me anxious. I ordered the space grey 6s+ 64gb

Dude, reach out to them in twitter. it has taken way too long. My friend ordered the very first day the phone was available to order it(same specs as yours) and he got it overnight when they said it would take 2-4 weeks.

tmohelp in twitter is fantastic.

Well, when you login to mytmobile,mine just states back ordered as well. If you go to tmobile.com/orderstatus it'll ask you to input your order number and your zip code,do that and let us know if it gives you estimated shipping dates.
 
Pretty confused reading this thread. Called T-Mobile yesterday and ordered a new 6S with overnight shipping that is supposed to arrive on Tuesday. Why are people who ordered ages ago still waiting?

Because you ordered the 6s, that phone is pretty much available everywhere the hot ticket is the 6s Plus.

Because they ordered the Plus most in RG and Space Grey they are on backorder. When they get phones in it's like a hit or miss some get there's and others are left still waiting.
 
So I called t-Mobile on Saturday for the 3rd time regarding my Galaxy S6 I sent back to them almost 3 weeks ago as part of my Jump on demand when I got the 6s on launch day. Each time I called previously they told me they were going to track it down and call me back and I never got a call back both times. This time I demanded to speak to a supervisor, who escalated the issue to another supervisor. They finally figured out the problem. The return label they sent me was made for my iPhone 6s not my Galaxy. For some stupid reason they thought I was returning the iPhone and it went to the wrong place. Once that got straightened out I got transferred to a "solution specialist". He took the Galaxy off my account and let me place an order for the 6s+ (which I been trying to do for a week now but they couldn't do it until the Galaxy was off my account). Not only that he waived the $99 down payment for the 64GB and processed it as an exchange, even though technically im passed the 14 day window, so I didn't have to use another Jump. So after 45 minutes on the phone I ended up with a gold 64GB 6s+ at no cost with 2 more jumps still in tact. He said the backorder is 1-2 weeks but I'm hoping it comes sooner than that.
 
keep checking your emails and your spam folder. the tracking email went into my wife's spam folder. She finally told me this weekend btw lol
Haha you got a good wife there bud. I've been checking every single folder I have and for clear measure I've been checking my secondary email hoping somehow it went there lol. I'm a mess lol.
 
I have tried,I click on the track tab and then on the left I click on track by reference and then just enter my phone number and nothing comes up :(
Have a little patience my friend I'm sure we will be in the next batch to roll out.
