I know that when it came to preordering all JUMP and JUMP On Demand customers were prioritized over everybody else. It's been a little over a month and I'm not understanding why you haven't received your device yet, when like you said people are ordering in October and getting theirs. Maybe you need to see if Apple have it in stock and then reserve it and cancel your T-Mobile order.All it says it's back ordered, got the run around from the representatives. But they just said 2-4 weeks. That was 2-4 weeks ago. I didn't pre order on jump, I'm a new tmo customer, coming from Verizon. Not sure if that has anything to do with it.
